My husband, at the time, now ex-husband, by my leaving him, was/is a pathological liar, has psychopathic tendencies, and more. However, he is very charismatic, and fools a lot of people. He does not fool everyone, however, nor intimidate them. The Judge in our divorce saw through him, and told him so. Dr. Hall focused entirely on me, and did not work with my husband at all. And he talked down to me, and his bias was so obvious I refused to see him again. He and my husband knew many of the same people, and I felt Dr. Hall was extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and abuses his position over people.

Dr. Hall literally saved my life. I was suffering from PTSD and depression and he stuck with me all the way. He helped me to get all of the help that I needed including the help from him, helped me get into a PHP program and stayed with me until I was feeling better. There are no words to express my thanks. He is a wonderful and caring man.

Dr Hall does not honor his oath to do no harm. Clinically, he is sound but his communication abilities to obtain the information he needs is dominated by a sense of entitlement. He is too rough around the edges. Some of us need his help, but we also need a non-gender biased, non-Christian judgement baseline for that help. We need careful compassion and appreciation of our intelligence, sensitivity and unique gifts as women. I urge Dr. Hall to adopt a more indigenous viewpoint.

As with all psych dr's they only see you for a while, and then if you take longer than a year or so to get better, or maybe can't get better, they will let you go, and he even told a LIE to let me go! I couldn't believe it! He does not care about patients, only to run a business and get people through and out and move onto the next. I guess they all are alike this it seems to me. Sad state of affairs for people who need life-long care.

Under Dr. Hall's care my condition worsened to the point where he had me hospitalized and washed his hands of me. The next psychiatrist, who treated me for 15+ years, was concerned with the strange mix of 7 psych meds Dr. Hall had prescribed. Dr. Hall kept adding meds but not stopping any. Dr. 2, whom I only feel comfortable publicly quoting since he is deceased, said, diplomatically,Far be it for me to criticize a colleague, but that's one complex polypharmacopeia you have going there.

After sadly losing my Psychiatrist of 12 years I had to find a new one quickly to maintain my drug regimen. My first quick choice did not work out. After a few months Dr. Hall was recommended to me by a friend. He accepted me as a patient but for me he had the burden of feeling big shoes in order for me to fill comfortable. He has stood up to that challenge making me sure I picked the proper Psychiatrist to move forward with.
