Dr. Donald Digby, MD

Patient, kind, caring. knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Digby always takes time to treat each patient like family and take the upmost care of them. He is a phenomenal doctor. 5 stars in my book.

I recently called to have my lens prescription faxed to be filled because I had broken my lens. I have glaucoma which takes your eyesight. I had a visit and filed 2 insurances and there was still a balance. I work 2 jobs to have this insurance and take care of my household obligations. I was informed when I called that they would not release the prescription until I paid the balance. Even though, I have a broken lens and glaucoma that did not make a difference. They were paid well for the 2 insurances filed. Find a doctor who has compassion and cares about the patient. Holding a prescription hostage is not right.

I used to see Dr Digby on the Lindsay Street location way back in the day. I had to leave his practice due to a family emergency and declining health of family member, but as soon as I came back locally i KNEW where I was going to come to. I still drive about an hour , but once or twice a year ITS WORTH IT. My eyes are precious, and he treats them with THE BEST care out there.

This entire practice is to be commended on the professional environment and courteous and dedicated staff. I can not thank them enough for the care they provided for me with recent eye issue.

I recommend Dr Digby 100%, and I have seen several of the other doctors in his practice also. Dr Fontaine did my care after I had cataract surgery and did wonderful. I used to come to Dr parker and she saw me for contact lens exams, and i loved her too. And then i switched to Dr Digby when I started seeing muddy cloudy vision and he did my surgery! I still see any of them today!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Digby regarding my cataract surgery. I was first told my eyesight would be crystal clear after the surgery. I had to wait 2 hours on a gurney before the surgery, then after 1 month my eyesight is still as cloudy as before the surgery! I went for an office appointment to determine the problem and again I had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor only to be told my lens was clear and he wasn't sure what was wrong?
