Stay away from this man.
This “doctor” is the rudest person I have ever dealt with here, in the Imperial Valley. After my Family Doctor made an emergency appointment because my left ear had been ringing for the last three weeks, at check in he, personally, informed me that he would not see me because my main insurance -CCPOA- has not paid him $5,000.00 dollars and would need to seek service somewhere else. Somebody should inform him that that issue is NOT of my incumbency and he had already accepted my appointment. Maybe a better training to his office personnel would avoid such disgusting situations. Blue Shield and my family doctor have been informed of his attitude and lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend everybody to stay away from this bitter man.

Dr. Setliff& his assistant are some of the rudest people I have ever met and definitely do not recommend this doctor!!!!

During my visit today, Dr. Setliff was very professional, friendly, and explained everything to me. I felt that I received excellent care. I highly recommend him. His receptionist was very friendly and caring. Great visit!

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I was in there for about 5 mins before I walked out and told them I would be referred elsewhere. The receptionist was horrible , so very rude. I asked if a copy of my insurance card would be okay due to recently losing my card and I had not yet received the new one. She told me no that they needed the physical card, I then explained it still had the same information as the card itself & she said no it doesn’t and she needed the card. I then asked if I could still be seen with just the copy for the time being and she stated I can reschedule you if you’d like & I stayed well I’m asking if I can still be seen and she said well I need the card in a very rude tone. I then let her know that I would be asking to be referred elsewhere due to my experience. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!

Dr setliff treats his patients likes good old fashioned doctor. He takes his time with you and goes above and beyond to help you. Wonderful doctor. Easy to get in to see and does not leave you waiting

I was referred to Dr. Don Setliff by my family physician. I came from out of the county, a 90 minute drive with a short pit stop. I could not find the office and I called the receptionist and she could NOT tell me how to get the the office from the main highway. I then asked to speak with Dr. Setliff to see if he could give me better directions and he just gave me the address. Extremely, rude, unfriendly and uneducated!
