The most unintelligent doctor ever. El Paso is lacking good doctors, they’re desperate. This doctor is forgetful on what she’s supposed to do and non responsive on weekend & holidays. Just because you have a degree doesn’t mean you’re a good one.

I was not feeling so great about my diagnosis; however, I started being at ease since I was referred to a practitioner that knows what they are doing. Im sure she does. As that is how she sounds. Nonetheless, I was not understanding her questioning. In one of my answers I responded to what I understood. Her reply: "That is not what I asked you". Right there and there I lost trust. Im sure she's knowledgeable, she's a doctor, but I rather go with an experienced and more tactical provider. Not a robot. I found more pleasant talking to her resident doctor. I left her office with a not good feeling; not better than when I went in.

Probably not likely
Our experience with Dr. Barnes was good. She was informative but at times seemed inattentive. My wife had several appointments after her surgery due to one of the sutures not closing properly. I feel a little more attention to detail would of been appreciated after surgery to treat the open suture. Luckily for my wife, she had a follow-up scheduled appointment with her Cancer Doctor a few weeks later. He was able to direct her with proper detailed care instructions on how to treat the wound so it could eventually heal and close properly. My wife has experienced several surgeries and this by far was the least satisfying regarding patient care.
