Dr. Dominik Rog-a fabulous physician
I am a Physical Therapist and have met and worked with many Orthopedic surgeons in my career. Dr. Rog is a superb physician and human being! He performed hand surgery 2 months ago-he was sooo professional, so kind, took time to answer all my questions and more. I'm so pleased with the outcome and feel so lucky to have found him to do my surgery.

Great surgeon = happy elbows.
I was very happy with my own experience with Dr. Rog. All of the interactions I had with other medical professionals, other Drs, nurses and PT, offered unsolicited glowing endorsements of him. They were right! He was very clear and straightforward during evaluation and explaining options. I decided on surgery and I am very happy I did! The surgery was a great success and recovery was as good as I could have hoped for. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent Dr. Old school.
Found Dr. Rog to be an excellent physician. He took the time to listen to every detail of my symptoms and also to answer my questions. Very humble and understanding. No attitudes. Old school doing a full physical before looking at images. I did like that. Made me feel comfortable. His follow up was also comprehensive. I would fully recommend him for orthopedic issues.

I got hit by a car. Dr. Rog put my shoulder back together. Quite a bit of metal. I was unconscious at the time, but it has been a pleasure since, to meet him. I can tell, he really cares about my recovery. Highly recommended surgeon.

The Best!
My son broke his collarbone Saturday of a holiday weekend. Rog got us in first thing Tuesday morn when everyone else was booked, and then scheduled surgery the following day. Surgery went perfect, and doc was forthcoming with all of our options. He is so smart, approachable and talented. My son said mom, he’s so smart :). Yet humble. At 6 weeks post op the shoulder is ?? healed. Dr Rog is so experienced and knowledgeable. We also love that he rides his bike to work and everyone in the office has long hair lol. Thanks doc!

I have Dupuytren's contracture in my right pinky. My previous hand specialist tried twice to fix it and failed. Dr. Rog succeeded on the first try. My prevous hand specialist also gave me a cortisone shot in my right basal joint, and it was very painful. Dr. Rog gave me the same shot, but he pulled my thumb first to create space in the the joint fir the cortisone, so the shot was painless. When he injects local anesthetic, he sprays the site with a cold spray while injecting so that you don't feel a thing. In addition to being a very thorough, careful practitioner who goes out of his way to avoid pain, he is a very personable young man.

Highly skilled “RIGHT HAND MAN”.
Dr.Rog is a physician with the highest degree of skills needed to care for the whole person. A nonfunctional right hand was a simple fix for him. The surgery put the hand back together. In the process of the physical fix this patient received heart, soul & mind care as well.

Dr. Rog is amazing! My son dislocated and broke his left elbow. It was awful and stressful, but Dr. Rog had a calmness and confidence about him that helped alleviate my anxiety. My son felt confident that Dr. Rog would perform a successful surgery and take good care of him…and he did! Extremely grateful for Dr. Rog!!

I finally took the plunge and got the surgery done on a pesky trigger finger, and Dr. Rog was just the doctor to have do it. He's knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and patient in answering questions. Also quite personable, as were his assistants. I'd highly recommend him and would give him more than five stars, but five is all that's allowed.

Dr. Rogg did surgery on my left hand on March 31st, 2021 for a thumb CMC Arthroplasty with DeQuervain's syndrome. The relief from pain was almost immediate, and I was so happy with the end results. So happy, in fact, that when we moved across the country two months later, I flew back to Boulder to have Dr. Rogg perform the exact same procedures on my right hand. Dr. Rogg was fantastic to work with! He listened carefully to my concerns, made sure all my questions were answered, and even made time to just sit and chat. He is personable, confident yet humble, and made my whole "hand" journey one of eager anticipation of a pain-free future. As a professional flutist, I am so grateful to Dr. Rogg for enabling me to continue my passion. Do not have any hesitation about having Dr. Rogg perform your surgery. He is outstanding!

Had full shoulder replacement on Sept 22, 2021. It is two months later, and I'm a new person. My shoulder has healed PERFECTLY and I can do almost everything with it except tuck it up behind my back- more PT needed before that. The PT says its the fastest recovery she's seen - I credit the surgeon and not the state of my initial health.

I met Dr. Rog in February and had surgery on my elbow in March. The only reason that happened is because Dr. Rog impressed me not only with his understanding of my long lasting problem, but he listened to me. Looked me in the eye and listened. Answered my questions and made me feel at ease with my many concerns. It is now June and I am elated. I have worked hard, but Dr. Rog made that work possible. To not have pain, well Dr. Rog is my hero. That may sound corny, but it's true. I have had experience with other young orthopedic surgeons that have been rude and looked past me and my problem. So to say I was skeptical about Dr. Rog is an understatement. My annual physical had been scheduled before my surgery. I shared with my doctor of many years about my upcoming procedure, she told me that I couldn't be in better hands. She was not wrong. I am so grateful for Dr. Dominik Rog

Dr. Rog is an exceptional young surgeon. I suffered a broken and dislocated wrist during the Thanksgiving Break in 2020. After reading other reviews I settled on Dr. Rog very quickly. My surgery was scheduled within 12 days of my accident, (would have been faster, except for COVID Protocols). Dr. Rog scheduled the surgery, which occurred on time, a plate was inserted. Within 9 weeks I am well on my way in the recovery/healing process. Normal function is already returning at a rapid pace and should result in complete recovery. Dr. Rog has great bedside manners, is very outdoor oriented. He understands the outdoor mentality of the local citizens, and their desire to return to their activities. He himself is an avid skier, and enjoys mountain bike riding as well. I would highly recommend Dr Rog if you are in need of Hand or Wrist Surgery.

Dr. Rog is an exceptional surgeon! He looked at my wrist that had been butchered twice by another surgeon and contemplated for a bit. He looked at me and told me he thought he could fix it but wanted to do some research first. Although he had never performed the type of surgery needed, I completely trusted him. I am so happy that my best dog walking friend referred him. He installed a pulley system that seems to work well. We're just waiting for the radial nerve to calm down after 4 surgeries.
