Patient Distal Bicep Tendon Tear
Dr. Gross and his team are an impressive group. I am a former martial instructor, veteran, and current weightlifter, bodybuilder. I also work in the field of juvenile Justice, law enforcement. In all of my personal and professional interest remaining fit is paramount. When I first went to Dr. Gross. I was praying that I would not need any surgery after a work related accident, Dr. Gross is an expert, he consulted with his team to be certain that surgery was absolutely necessary before operating. In the end, I had surgery for a distal bicep tendon tear. The doctor utilize patience and eased my apprehensions. The surgery was a success. The tendon was reattached and the follow ups to make sure everything was going OK were scheduled timely. I am now 3 mths out and I just received the greenlight to move forward with light exercise. I just want to thank the Doctor and his amazing team for getting me back on track and would highly recommend him for a procedure that you might be considering.

I experienced a work accident that required surgery to be done on my hand in order to reintroduce blood flow to a severed finger. The operation seemed difficult when it was described to me, but Dr. Gross’s bedside manner made me very comfortable to undergo the surgeries that my hand required. I have been to the office several times since the surgery for follow-ups and I continue to be very satisfied under Dr. Gross’s care. I trust Dr. Gross 100% because the surgery was a success, and I look forward to future visits to West Texas Hand Surgery as I undergo physical therapy.

I had a wrist fracture the summer before I moved to El Paso. I was referred to Dr. Gross by my surgeon in Maine. I am so happy to have found Dr. Gross. He is a great doctor. His office is very high tech. He takes the time to explain the findings from his x ray machine. Dr. Gross is a great Ortho Doctor!

My 10-year-old daughter suffered an accident on her dominant hand. It was a very stressful and uncertain situation. Dr. Gross was simply amazing!! Every visit he would discuss the situation with us but most importantly with her. When he felt surgery was necessary he was sure to do so in the least traumatizing way for my daughter. He approached the surgery as a parent of a daughter so he completely understood our concerns and addressed them before we even asked. We would highly recommend!!

I was really impressed with the outcome of my carpal tunnel surgery since I had heard such negative comments from others who had the surgery. I guess they chose the wrong surgeon. Everything was explained thoroughly to us beforehand so we knew what to expect. His office staff was helpful but the one who always went the extra mile was Crisell. She is a definite asset to Dr. Gross' practice. Thanks to James also!! I'm back to doing all the honey dos in less than 3 months. Thanks again!!!

Great doctor and super staff. Dr. Gross cares about his patients and it shows. Was punctual with his appointment time, which was very prompt, but spent a lot of time with me and was thorough. Diagnostic tools are in his office. I didn't need to go anywhere else. Will recommend him to fellow court reporters for sure!

Dr. Gross runs a top notch operation. His staff is professional, friendly and courteous. Wait time on scheduled appointments was minimal. I feel very fortunate to have selected Dr. Gross to diagnose and treat my severe injury. On my first visit he fully explained the severity of my injury and the importance of having surgery done immediately. During my numerous appointments, he always answered all my questions satisfactorily. Without any reservations, I highly recommend him.

Dr, Gross performed tightrope hand surgery nearly 4 months ago. I found him to be very experienced in the type of surgery I had and would definitely recommend him to others needing this type of surgery. He is very caring and professional. Scheduling appointments was easy and with my first initial appointment I did not have to wait long to see him. His staff is courteous. He usually takes me early or very close to my appointment times. He answered all my questions well before surgery.
