Excellent Doctor
Dr. Divi makes me feel like I am visiting a doctor from my younger days who really cared about your health. She is very knowledgeable and a good person. I enjoy talking to her and learn new things about my body which has hit that “check engine soon” stage of life. It was my lucky day I became Dr. Divi’s patient. I would recommend her to anyone.

Highly recommend!
Responding here to negative reviews which don’t seem fair to me. The lack of quick availability should not count as the doctors’ faults. It’s a systemic issue: we simply don’t have enough primary care physicians. I have flip flopped around in the last couple of years for my own circumstantial reasons and saw also a very highly rated PC in my area and didn’t receive any better or more responsive care. Dr. Puttagunta is very smart, efficient and thorough and she definitely knows her craft.

Can't get an appointment when actually sick
On more than one occasion I've been sick and cannot get an appointment to be seen in person. They had me do a televisit with the NP which was a complete waste of time. I knew I was having an autoimmune flare up but they would not see me without doing a Covid and Strep test. I complied and it took awhile to get the results back. I was in severe pain and had to wait a day and half before I could get pain medicine. I was absolutely miserable and they did not care. I received a letter a few days after from Dr. Puttagunta that she will no longer serve as my physician. I don't mind because I was not planning to go back. I want a physician who will actually see me when I'm sick.

I drive 30 miles to see Dr. Puttagunta. She is so professional and explains what I need to do to prevent health-related events. She is simply the best, someone that explains the consequences of lifestyle habits, like diet and exercise.

Now that I see the reviews on Dr Divi, I understand I am not alone. There is a total disregard for a patients care. All communication is done on a portal-phone calls are non-existent. Very impersonal and a major lack of caring. There are many doctors out there who have a more personal approach. Communication is key with a doctor. Once u walk out the door, the follow up is very disappointing.

I have seen Dr. Puttagunta twice (spread across a year, for different issues). Both times, I left feeling disappointed in the care I received. I did not feel that she took my symptoms seriously and gave no indication of a plan for following up if my symptoms did not go away on their own. I felt no compassion in her care.

Went in for a comprehensive physical and was disappointed with the care level. Poor people + listening skills, spends no time intereacting or asking questions. Clearly very smart, but not the right fit if you're looking to advocate for your own health and wellness.

I am not sure if she doesn't listen or refuses to review notes in file, but she is often unaware of crucial information that had been provided, i.e. amount of current exercise, recent exposures to other illnesses. My last visit to her was for congestion and cough. She listened to my lungs, but did not check my ears, throat or nose. I thought that odd since I was complaining of all three. She also continued to push a diagnosis and treatment (expensive) that was clearly refuted by tests.
