Dr. Parekh saved my life! I was diagnosed with an aggressive and rare cancerous kidney mass, and its location would have warranted a complete nephrectomy. Dr. Parekh was able to do a partial robotic nephrectomy sparing my kidney and removing cancer entirely. Even other doctors in the field have expressed their admiration for what Dr. Parekh was able to do in my situation. Dr. Parekh's nurses and staff were caring and patient, showing genuine care when answering my numerous questions. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Parekh in Miami.

Dr. Parekh us a wonderful doctor. I saw him after my urologist misdiagnosed the extent of my bladder cancer. Dr. Parekh performed a second, more comprehensive, biopsy and discovered that I had invasive and aggressive bladder cancer. After chemo, he performed a radical cystectomy in March of this year. My bladder and prostate were removed - both had cancer. My recovery has been miraculous and I am currently in remission. I am so grateful to Dr. Parekh and his terrific team. After surgery, UM Sylvester has incredible support services that help in the recovery process.

Our experience with Dr. Parekh's office was the worst doctor's visit that we have ever had!!!! My husband has bladder cancer and we had high hopes that Dr. Parekh may be a "life-line" for us. We first met with his assistant who took all the relevant information. Then someone came in who had an ID that said "MD" on it. He introduced himself as the prelude to the doctor. After explaining the whole medical history to him, the "prelude" doc said that we probably wouldn't be eligible for any treatment and that we may be told to "just take your chances!" Wow, do you know what that does to a cancer patient and his family???? We went home totally devastated. There are treatments out there, but it seems that unless there are big bucks in it for the doc, they are not interested in your well-being at all! Needless to say, we stopped the consult at this point and never even stayed long enough to meet with the real doctor. Why do we need real docs if prelude docs can give out opinions

Significant complications after robotic prostatectomy that were avoidable and now cause significant changes in my life and surgery that will probably be necessary in the future. I do not recommend.

Choosing Dr. Parekh was the worst decision of my life. He is rude, completely uninterested in his patients, and a terrible surgeon. I made the worst decision of my life when I chose him! PLEASE do yourself a favor and choose someone else.

Dr. Parekh is the best! Very kind, his words put me at ease about my cancer. He saved my life! I will recommend him to others. He knows his work. I'm was praying so when i left cancer treatment center in Atlanta. Finding Dr Parekh was straight from God!

Dr. Parekh is the rudest most unprofessional doctor that I have every encounter. I am a physician myself which train at JMH 1993--1997. This man should not be the head of any department. This man spent less than 2 minutes with my husband and the treatment recommendations were totally off. We ended up driving to Pompano to see a truly spectacular doctor and human being. I would not recommend this man at all.

Dr. Parekh and his staff have been extremely professional. I trust my health in their hands with out a shadow of a doubt.
