I am a patient of Dr. Shah, and I find the practice to be professional, efficient, and reliable. I am grateful that Dr. Shah is not an alarmist. She talked me through different ways to control my blood sugar, and by following her advice, I am off one of the two medications I was on. I find Dr. Shah and staff to be the right fit for me, and that is worth 100 stars!

I don't understand the negative reviews relative to Dr. Shah. I have been a patient of hers for approximately five years and have never had any issues, especially like the ones noted in the negative reviews. For twenty years I saw an endocrinologist from Northwestern Hospital in Chicago who could not determine if I had Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. After my first visit, she knew of a test that could make that determination. She continually works with me to improve my A1c and my overall health. I have never felt rushed and she always follows up. I find her to be an excellent physician and referred others to her practice.

I wish I could give zero stars. This office is literally unreachable. They do not respond. Patients do not matter there. Call, email, whatever you do, they will not respond. Please choose a different doctor or group. The nurses are terrible and the doctors are too busy for you. You will get about 2 minutes of the doctor's attention, maximum. You will get zero help from any office staff. Stay away.

Horrible doctor. I have hypothyroid and high cholesterol. I went to this doctor and she did nothing for me. she said my cholesterol level was alarming. She dismissed me told me to see a family doctor. she did not care at all about my health. Dr dipal shah is a horrible doctor. I would rate her a ZERO.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm extremely disappointed in this practice as a whole. I've been a patient for many years and it seems to be quickly going downhill quickly. It's very difficult to reach anyone in the office as you always have to leave a message with a service. Often the messages do not get shared properly. When I had to cancel an appointment I was told I would receive a call to reschedule and no one ever called. Trying to get a prescription refill is nearly impossible! So sad!

I feel like she does not listen patient concerns and hurry’s things up. When I went for thyroid follow up appointment she hardly spent like 2 mins and rushed off. When I told about my complaints she wrote few tests and did not explain anything about those, I thought all are blood tests and gave blood sample but one of it is another test, which I realised they did not take and I had to go for it another day.

I do not feel that she is a good listener or concerned about giving patients the best care possible. She dismisses my experiences and concerns when they do not line up with what she believes the problem is (or is not), which is very belittling. Not willing to negotiate on treatment or further testing. She talks over me several times before I can finish a sentence. Does not make me feel like she cares to help me and makes me feel like I am wasting her time.

Do not feel she listens to patient. When I needed a refill on prescription she sent in a script for wrong brand that my insurance would not cover. Her nurse told me I check my blood sugar too often (I check 10x daily) as I have blacked out twice during the day and sugars are over 230 during 12-6 am! As a result I am constantly having to argue with my insurance because my scripts are shorting me
