Phenomenal Doctor
I have read all of the available reviews above, and I was totally baffled by the reports by a few former patients about the level of care and concern that this incredible doctor provided to them or, in one instance, their spouse. Dr. Burke has always genuinely been interested in my health from so many perspectives, and I truly LOVE that! Most doctors you see take only a few minutes with you, but Dr. Burke does her best to spend all the time you require to actually help you with your medical concerns and issues. She’s been incredibly helpful and wonderful and genuine with me, and I appreciate how she states things in “English” as opposed to the weird language so many doctors use to converse with you. If I could give her 10 Stars on this scale I would! She’s absolutely incredible! She helped me get off of my pain medications and she’s guided me every step along the path. She’s an absolute gift to the medical profession. Thank you, Dr. B!

outstanding physician
Doctor Burke is a caring and compassionate lady. She never rushes through anything. I hope she is able to get competent MA's, although I know that they are leaving medicine all the time. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Burke is an outstanding doctor with a top-notch team. I cannot imagine a more caring or responsive doctor. She gives patients her cell phone number, and returns phone calls and emails very quickly. Whatever it is, from prescription refills to an appointment the same day, you can count on Dr. Burke to give it her full attention. I've never before had a doctor who treats me holistically, and has my entire health information at her fingertips. She is well worth the money!

I saw Dr. Burke as part of MDVIP until I could another doctor. I do not recommend her. She is a nice enough lady, but she doesn't listen to her patients nor does she remember what she tells you to do. She put me on a heavy dose of statins which caused me immeasurable hip pain, rendering me nearly immobile. She was too lazy to do anything about it, prescribing me muscle relaxers without ever seeing me and which did nothing to help me. She changes prescriptions without writing them in my record, which caused lots of confusion. I can honestly say that Dr. Burke is the worst doctor I have ever seen. If you have a choice, please go elsewhere. Lazy, lazy doctor.

Dr Burke is very attentive and caring. She thoroughly goes over every aspect of my health and keeps a close eye out for any changes. She will almost always be able to see me when I have a problem and if she can’t she will at least call. She never rushes me and listens to what I have to say about my symptoms. She always takes the time to explain what is happening and why she’s making her recommendations.

Dr. Burke I know my husband promised you more patients so I thought I would help. Go to this doctor she will prescribe anything anytime at any cost even a marriage.. funny how doctors use there authority to kill people.. Dina I know you’ve never had a dependency yourself so you have no idea how you effect people and they’re lives.. I have no respect for a doctor that does not have the patients best interest at heart.. thanks for signing off and calling in all those prescriptions Good job! Doc

The MDVIP experience with Dr. Burke is excellent. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Burke for over 15 years. The "old" Diagnostic Center of Medicine was normally pretty brutal. The wait times when once at the facility were awful. Dr. Burke was always rushed and that is never a good thing when dealing with senior patients. Since joining MDVIP that wait times are negligible, even for testing. The amount and quality of time Dr. Burke is able to spend with patients is world class.

It took me a while to find the right MD when I moved to Las Vegas a few months ago and I am thrilled to have found Dr. Burke. She is thorough, insightful and very pleasant. Most important she explains things and is very open to questions and suggestions. Most MDs just dictate, she discusses. I am also very pleased with the MDVIP system which ensures availability and the best quality of care. It is well worth the investment -- which is also tax deductible.

I saw her a few times and she was OK. Gave me a hard time for not seeing her in two years. Well, it takes MONTHS to get in and when I tried to book far out, was told they don't book THAT far out so had to go to other doctors. Collectively, her staff is average and there are several nurses, etc. who are NOT friendly, patient or caring. The NP is average. Now, you have to pay $1600 a year just for the CHANCE to see her and they're bugging me to sign up. She's NOT worth that commitment. DNR.

I only went to her twice. The first visit she was very attentive, and seem to want help me. However the second and very last visit, was the real uninterested doctor. The tests ordered took a month, and the x-rays were taken in her building. She yelled at her assist and use, unprofessional words. I've heard curse words before, but NEVER with my doctor in a professional environment. She insulted me, I asked about my knees swelling, she said you don't have 32 year old knees, you know.

It would have been helpful if I had been given some advance notice that she was changing to a concierge practice but I got none, despite the fact she has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years. One week I got a letter in the mail stating I must pay an annual fee of $1600 in order to remain her patient, the next week she refused to refill one of my prescriptions. I feel abandoned by her and feel this is unprofessional.

I started going to her in 2013 she was a great doctor very attentive, however over the years things have gone down hill. Her staff is rude, I needed medication filled was told that she would not fill it until I had made an appt as it had almost been a year (understandable). Her first available appointment was almost a month away I took appointment asked if she would refill prescription in mean time and was told no to call everyday to see if they had cancellation. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
