Worst experience
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this neurology office. My appointments were canceled twice in a row, with little to no notice or explanation. As a patient dealing with neurological issues, consistency and timely care are essential, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I understand that emergencies happen, but repeated cancellations show a lack of respect for patients' time and health. I do not recommend this office if you are looking for dependable care.

Terrible experience
My primary doctor sent me to her because my MRI came back abnormal and I was having migraines for 5 months straight. I waiting to see her for over a hour, she talked to me for about 10-15 mins. She never went over my MRI,all she talked about was headaches and I left with 4 new prescriptions,a new MRI order and magnesium. The next day I checked my chart for my MRI order and in the comments it said “abnormal MRI with white matter decrease “ she never said that to me in our 10 minute talk!!!! I’m seeing a new neurologist in two weeks

The only positive thing for this appointment was I was able to get in with a few weeks. After having the appointment I understand why. The medical assistant seemed rushed, even though I was the only appointment, Dr. Boutros had very poor bedside manners, did not listen to my questions or concerns, and had a diagnosis on my follow up that was never discussed during my visit. I would not recommend her.

This Dr. is absolutely pathetic! Did nothing at all for me. She RUSHED the visit and the appt. was a total waste of time. Cleveland Clinic will get a lousy reputation if they continue employing pathetic quacks like this!!

ZERO STARS. My husband has seizures and Boutros put him on Keppra to control them. When it was time for his scheduled appointment, she failed to mention that she moved practices and she refused to give him medication because he had to wait to set up an appointment to see her at the new practice. Well he ran out of meds and he had a seizure. I took him to an emergency room and we finally switched to a better doctor. DON'T SEE BOUTROS. She should have her license taken away!

Zero stars, don’t recommend. This was the most demeaning experience I’ve had with a medical professional. After i told Dr. Boutros that being on keppra for seizures makes me suicidal, disassociative, and rageful, etc, after she saw that my PCP was requesting that I be taken off keppra, she demanded I stay on it, implied I faked seizures, and her boss suggested I “suck it up” on keppra for a few months longer while I undergo testing. that’s ethical medical treatment???? Horrible dr.

I saw this Dr almost a month ago and she ordered further tests to be completed. She gave me a follow up appt. for 30 days, after completion of some tests. It has been almost the 1 month and my tests cannot get ordered nor the needed info to my insurance provider. I have gone to 1 test and was turned away bc her office had not done the necessary paperwork. Her support staff complains of being overworked. I have filed a complaint with Cleveland clinic 2x now.

Misdiagnosed my Persistent migraine aura which I told her was present for 2 months. Told me to take magnesium to stop future migraines and everything would go away. On follow up another month later same symptoms, but had done my own research and knew what my diagnosis should be. She did nothing for me and referred psyche. I don't think she knows persistent aura exists. Diagnosis was obvious. went to a different neurologist and immediately got help from a knowledgable Doctor.

She cancelled on me 2 times which caused me to have to wait 3 months before seeing another doctor. Found a tumor which now was delayed treatment because of her. She should of referred me to someone else. Should have her green card revoked.
