Poor Listening and Communication
I have been seeing this doctor for 2 years. He's the most dismissive and unhelpful doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. He is in the room for less than 10 minutes. He does not review prior x-rays before making any recommendations. I had to bring someone with me to an appointment just to have some backup to get him to actually LISTEN to the complaints. Currently I am over a week waiting for a call back about a medication he was supposed to start me on. The appointment was 3 weeks ago. I'm so done but unfortunately he's the only option I have.

I have been very happy with my interactions with Dr. Fanopoulos. He has an understanding of Lymes arthritis and recommends tests as necessary. He is prompt and thorough.

This doctor is interested only about increasing his billing in anyway he can.He has no respect for patients and no patience to listen to patients and even worse does not reply to emails some nurse will reply in rude language.He does not hesitate to tell you to see another doctor.He does not return calls from pharmacy or insurance in spite of reminders.He is very rude,arrogant and racist too.He has not changed over 3 years.

Never seems to look at file. Always gets the name of the meds I am on wrong. Very poor dealing with fibromyalgia treatment and won't fully listen to a patient and the pain they are in.
