I had waited for my last checkup over an hour, and had to leave before getting into seeing him! The backup is very frustrating and scheduler should not book so many patients so close together!

In every way Dr. Delagrammaticas’s office procedures and preparation for surgery were complete, clear, easy to understand, and very professional. Before surgery, he provides a lengthy book on all the steps that explains pre-op, during surgery, and post-op. It provided all the answers in advance so that I was fully prepared for my hip replacement surgery. He is a skilled surgeon and my hip surgery turned out very well. I highly recommend him.

I had my hip replaced four months ago by Dr. D. I'm now playing golf. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Everything was very clearly explained.

This was my second knee replacement. My first washorrendously painful (different surgeon). This one was very minimally painful- so different, and is healing very rapidly. Dr. D has technique and pain management down to an art. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am so pleased with the outcome and highly recommend him.

he took the time to listen, really look at the medical records to verify what he was being told. I want it out the same day of surgery and he gave me that option if I did certain things after surgery, didn’t automatically say no. but we’ll see if you can. Just couldn’t be happier.

Had a prior replacement 7 years ago in SoCal, wasn’t thrilled with the results. So when I needed the other knee replaced & now living in SLO county, I was referred to Dr D. So happy I had him perform the surgery. He’s excellent, straightforward about outcomes. This knee healed faster than the other, tracks perfectly and minimal scarring. Staff at Sierra Vista Hospital were superb, too. Highly recommend Dr D.

Dr. D is professional and caring. His office runs on time and the crew is efficient and friendly. Dr. answered all my concerns and assessed my hip, scheduled my surgery in a timely manner. Surgery was exactly a 2 hr. procedure and I went home the next day. Used a walker for 2 days, cane 3 -4 and at two weeks out, walking unaided. Highly Recommend this excellent surgeon I am Thankful and Grateful for his expertise. 5 stars for sure!

My wait time in the office was not too bad, about 20 minutes. Found Dr. D. and Kelly to be helpful, informative, and professional. Dr. D. explained my options for treatment of my left knee and answered my questions.

I was seen previously for a cortisone injection of my right knee so as to help with quality of life and athletic performance in July 2022. I returned for a follow up visit to consult and receive another injection for the sesame purpose. My options were explained clearly. I forgot to ask 2 other related questions and left a not for the medical assistant. I received an email reply a short time later, which helps a lot.

Speaking as someone who has 8 artificial joints, I know a little bit about orthos. Dr. D is up on the current practices and takes a "less is more" approach when considering invasive remedies. I appreciated the time and attention he gave me and I rate him highly for both professionalism and bedside manor. I absolutely LOVED my orthopedist who retired, Dr. D filled some big shoes.

Dr. D has a really nice bedside manner. He listens and partners with you. I have had many different injections in my knee from other providers and his was the most painless I have ever experienced! Also, he is working on conservative measures to keep me active before I resort to a knee replacement. I appreciate his honesty regarding treatment options!

Dr. Dellagrammaticas explains options and concerns thoroughly. I like that his background in hip surgery is extensive and diverse. He does not promote a treatment or urge surgical remedies, but leaves informed decision-making to the patient. He took time to answer my questions. He provided me with a thorough written and illustrated booklet of the problem and surgical procedure. His staff is also very organized and available. I look forward to my upcoming hip replacement and giving up the cane.

Dr. "D" did my left TKR last February and I was in this week to see him for the right TKR we are scheduling for May. He is a great young surgeon and my left TKR was very successful! He is easy to visit with and fully explains the process from start to finish. I was back on my feet and off to physical therapy that week and have had no complaints with the results. I wish I'd done both knees together! His staff is great to work with and I have no reservations recommending Dr Delagrammaticas for your knee problems. we are very fortunate to have his skill sets here locally on the central coast. No Need to drive north or south!

Couldn’t have been better. Very professional from the start to the finish. Walking the first day with a Walker and after a couple more days with a cane. Walking normal around the third week out from surgery. Never had any issues from pain after 2nd day. Was able to sleep comfortably. Now after 10 weeks have returned to my usual routines including medium yard and gardening without any issues. All in all a great experience compared to my other hip that I had done posterior 11 years ago. Quicker procedure and recovery time!

From my first "get acquainted" appointment, to my two_week post-surgery appointment, Dr. D. and his MA Kelly, have provide first rate care. One outstanding feature, besides taking the time to answer all your questions and put you at ease, is the 50+ page booklet that he provides all patients that covers all aspects of the surgical process. It includes checklists, detailed info on what to expect before and after surgery and more. It is an essential resource that made the entire process go more smoothly than otherwise might have been the case. I've spoken with several friends who had the same procedure with Dr. D., and they all said the same thing: "I wish I had done it earlier." In the final analysis, it's your choice and Dr. D. let's you know you're in charge of the final decision whether to proceed or not. Best wishes if you do!

I had a recent hip replacement from Dr Delagrammaticas. Such a wonderful caring and professional doctor and staff. From the 1st consultation, to my post surgery appointment, I have felt I was in good hands.

After years of limping with a bad hip, I can finally sleep through the night on a regular basis. Dr. Dimitri did a great job , informative follow ups and after three weeks I am already starting to walk on my own somewhat.
