Bad bedside manner
Recently discovered that an incident that occurred in her office 13 years ago is the reason I have had significant medical anxiety to this day. I am taking the steps to overcome it now that I have figured out where it all began.

Wonderful Internist!
She’s always very attentive, logical, great bedside manner, conscientious and thorough. I have seen her for a few years, and she has been wonderful on all levels. Smart, great listener, not in a hurry and I feel she knows her stuff! Highly recommend.

Visits always felt rushed and she seemed to get annoyed easily. I never got any sense of compassion from her and didn’t feel like she cared at all about my health.

Love Dr. Tsatsoulis
I feel very comfortable and safe going to Dr. Tsatsoulis. She has been my doctor for about 6 years, and I find that she is the most caring doctor that I have ever been seen by. She has always taken the time to answer any questions I have, and is very thorough. She is also very quick with responses when I have submitted a question via their portal.

I would steer clear of Dr. T. I went to her for almost 3 years until I came down with a terrible illness that hospitalized me twice. She flat out refused to test me for months after my hospitalizations, claiming it was "anxiety." (Spoiler alert: it wasn't.) She also didn't follow up a single time. I could be dead in a ditch somewhere right now and she would have no idea. Worst experience I've had with a doctor in a long time.

I have seen her several times, but never clicked with her. She doesn’t project caring or sympathy to me. If she tells me to make a change, and I fail to make it, she doesn’t ask why, or what’s going on with me, but tells me the same thing again in the same way. Not terrible, but doesn’t make me feel seen.

Dr. Tsatsoulis is a great doctor and I highly recommended her to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful and patient doctor. She calls me back and explains everything so I understand (not knowing doctor lingo). She is one of the good guys!

Dr. Tsatsoulis (Dr. T!) is the kind of doctor that will take the time to listen and thoroughly research the pain or sickness that you are experiencing. I have consistently seen Dr. T for more than 5 years and find her to be attentive, caring and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tsatsoulis is an excellent physician. My type 2 diabetes, cholesterol and weight were out of control when I began seeing Dr. Tsatsoulis. She is very thorough and attentive. She prescribed pharmaceuticals that work and made realistic recommendations for changes in my diet and lifestyle. I’ve been feeling significantly better since being under her care. Having Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group in the loop where I work is also very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Tsatsoulis.

Dr. Tsatsoulis is one of the few doctors at Northwestern willing to spend the time necessary to ensure her patient is provided with quality care. She listens to your concerns and answers your ALL of your questions before ending your appointment. I can't say enough about her :-)

Extremely terrible bedside manner. I've been to this doctor three times, hoping that the next time will be different, but it's not. She does not listen, nor does she provide insight on what might be happening. Apparently her time is so in demand that she hardly has time to fully listen to your issues and have a fulfilling conversation or answer questions. I pay for my doctors time, she made me feel like I was a burden, leaving me more stressed, agitated and concerned then before my appointment

My visits with Dr. Tsatsoulis were awful. Not only does she overbook, leaving you with little time to have thorough communication regarding visit, but she walks in usually complaining about how she doesn't have time and has another patient waiting for her. Not my problem! I always felt rushed to be scooted out the door. My time waiting to see her lasted a whole lot longer than the time she spent with me once she got in the room. Big thumbs down!

Extremely inattentive and does not care about her patients. She cannot even calculate birth control without looking it up and has a hard time giving recommendations to what a patient should do. Will not listen to you. Will just brush off whatever medical issue you are having as if it's nothing. Runs in and out of appointments and talks to you for about 5 minutes only no matter what the issue is.
