Excellent Doctor
Dr. Desai is very professional as is his staff. I was so nervous for my procedure but everything went great. The crown Pointe Center is very clean and the staff professional.

Awesome staff
I have made numerous calls to Dr. Desai's office. Never once was I treated as though I was incompetent or a bother to them. The young ladies are always friendly, helpful, thoughtful, cooperative and listen to what is being asked or said. They have never tried to rush me along to finish the conversation or to intimidate me. Thank you Dr. Desai and your staff - you are all awesome.

I just had my 4th colonoscopy with Dr Desai. He is so nice as are everyone in his clinic. He has also helped my tremendously with Irritable bowel and other stomach issues. I highly recommend him and his office

Dr. Desai is great. He is so knowledgeable and I felt confident knowing that he is rated above the national average doctor at detection of polyps. My appointment from the start to finish was without flaw and the office staff was very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Desai without hesitation.

This Doctor is billing me for an appointment I never made with them. My family doctor, who I told numerous times that I couldn't afford anymore copays, made the appointment without my consent. I never went to the appointment and now Desai is billing me for $100.00 for no call/ no show. I tried reasoning with them but they insist that I MUST pay the bill.

I had to wait 3months to get an appointment to get back on treatment for Crohn's disease. He refused to treat me because he said he had nothing saying I had Crohn's. I asked if he would schedule a colonoscopy to see if I was inflamed. He flat out said, "No. I'm very busy. I have appointments 3-4 months out. You have to go back to UofM Ann Arbor."! This was after I told him that was a 2hour drive from Clio and I don't have a car. He rudely asked how I got here today. I told him through my ins. ??
