My husband had a colonoscopy due to a finding on a CT scan. 7 days later we had not heard one word from the doctor or his office. I had to call the office to get the results. Absolutely unacceptable since you're waiting to hear whether or not you might have colon cancer. Needless to say, he will not return there. I give that office a minus star and would not recommend him.

Patient and retired RN
I found him to be very arrogant with a less than pleasant bedside manor. I felt his diagnosis and treatment to be ineffective,

I've been going to dr.bearelly for about 6 years now. Like many others have stated he rushes through and acts as though he doesn't trust what your saying or isn't bothered by it. I've had swallowing issues after a major surgery 3 years ago, and I I ever get is we did a test before the surgery and your swallowing was fine even though I have swelling there and other places. No one ever mentioned my biopsy results or why i have the swelling to begin with. The nurse that takes calls of concern/medicine refill never calls back when your having a issue! I've even sent messages through mychart only for them to be ignored. I think it's time to find a new gastroenterologist

The nurse - Valerie is very rude, the few times I have called. She is in the wrong profession. I hope Karma catches up with her. That if she ever gets very sick and frightened she will be treated with rudeness and lack of compassion she has given me over phone. I have had to contact an office manager about her to complain. She has no empathy, compassion or caring. She needs to be monitored on the phone. Just awful. Dr. Bearelly, not impressed with him either. Don't waste your money with him.

Terrible. They don't listen to the patients concerns and they can't even schedule a colonoscopy. The doctors tell you one time and the hospital tries to confirm different time. They also never sent the instructions. They are awful. Everything about them is disorganized. The hours are also awful. Never heard of a doctors office that closes before 4pm...
