Dr. Dianne Glenn, MD

My usual doctor was sick and Dr. Glenn was the only person availble to see. She was a poor listener, disregarded context and previous notes/actions from my doctor, and made an incredibly rude and unnecessary comment. I've had bronchitis/pneumonia for over a month (and she agreed with that diagnosis), and when I asked if she could sign for a medical leave of absence from school, she said, "No, that would be fraud. I wouldn't even give you a note to miss work today."

Dr. Glenn showed up late to our video appointment. When she finally joined the video call, she proceeded to ask me questions about my symptoms for about 2 minutes and then took a personal phone call. I heard her say "Where are you? I'll be right there." At that point, I felt like our appointment was completely rushed. She ended our appointment to say there's nothing she can do for me and gave me advice I can find via a simple google search. Overall, Dr. Glenn was not courteous of my time and did not seem to care about my health concerns. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, sympathetic doctor.

Dr. Glenn has always provided me with great care. I have multiple serious problems.

She prescribed anxiety meds that left me catatonic and hallucinating, and advised I keep taking them despite these side effects. I probably wouldn't be alive had a family member not intervened to discontinue them. I have mild cerebral palsy, and she opined I should'n't be sexually active lest I "get hurt." She is completely ignorant about my impairment and what it affects, but also said that pap smears were "too difficult" to do on me because of spasticity in my legs. As if that's not arrogant and ignorant enough, she said I shouldn't lose weight in case I ever get cancer. Carrying too much weight with CP makes mobility more difficult. Avoid her if you're averse to insensitivity, colossal ignorance, and arrogance. She's not even worthy of a 1-star rating.

Worst Dr. Ever. I was prescribed medications and the script was stolen or misplaced twice. First time she made the pharmacy manager call me a threaten me. I kept swearing it was me I was never given it. Then they were stupid enough to misplace or steal a second one and I had proof I never touched it. Praise God! Don’t see her worst of all Kaiser doctors and that says a lot.
