Treated horribly
Her patient bedside manners are non-existent. I was interrupted multiple times. She tried correcting me when she asked for MY timeline of events with my condition. She demeaned me for not wanting to be on a certain medication, made snide remarks, and literally laughed in my face. I was brought to tears multiple times because I just couldn't believe a doctor was treating me this way. As a young woman with a new diagnosis of a bladder condition, Diane made me terrified of seeing another urologist. The way I was treated was highly unacceptable- both my mother and I left speechless and in shock.

Dr. West excelled in information by providing phenomenal literature on the different diagnosis and approaches to treatment. She and her nurse were very professional and knowledgeable. The information provided has been a lifeline in recovery. There was some breakdown in communications when I explained my needs in hearing regular conversation-good diction.

Dr. West and her nurse, Shanlee, are highly knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their patients. They are incredibly responsive, understanding and work to know their patients’ health beyond the specific issue they are treating. I cannot speak highly enough about this practice, and I am grateful my PCP sent me to Dr. West (and Shanlee).

Terrible experience. I am not one to complain but if I can save someone's health and feelings... I have to do so with this dr. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I had surgery... she scheduled it out 30 days from my results with multiple kidney stones. After surgery she told my family she should have never come in to perform. She and my recovery nurse got into a disagreement over my bed. She has had me on antibiotics for 3-4 months. I really wish I would have had a better experience.

Called to make the move with the Drs since they all bailed on USMD (Which I cant blame them because of poor service) only to find out the service at the new offices is just as bad! I had a lab appt made 3-4 weeks in advance to get blood work done prior to seeing Dr. Nuss that I already had a future appointment for. Waited in the waiting area (huge with a lot of patients...like a cattle call) for 40 minutes. After asking how much longer they checked with the lab tech who said he didn't have an order for the lab work to be done. Duh...the Dr needed the lab work for the upcoming visit. Would have been nice to get a call questioning the appointment instead of wasting 2 hours of my time for nothing. Lots of choices out there...this one is a huge FAIL.

After reading the reviews on this website, I was apprehensive about my first visit. I was called back to the exam room 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Her nurse was very nice! As was Dr West! She answered my questions & went thru the issues I was having stating that 80% of the time the symptoms I was having were not usually anything I needed to be concerned about. She ordered two more diagnostic tests to rule out any possible problems. I felt a lot better when I left her office.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO HER! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. WOULD NOT EXPLAIN WHAT SHE THOUGHT I HAVE, OR THE MEDICATION SUGGESTION. WAITED 30 MIN THEN SHE WALKED OUT NOT FINISHING MY VISIT. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS JUST A PAYCHECK! DO NOT GO HERE - LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! HER NURSE SUE WAS MORE HELPFUL THAN HER - SHE WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL.
