She’s so pleasant and has a sense of humor too.
She obviously is an expert at what she does and she took care of my problem and I was in and out in a half an hour
I would never go anywhere else! How bout that?

Dr Thaler did not explain what the drug was called, side effects or options. Gave no time to me whatsoever. Very disappointed. Won't be going back again

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Thayer. We have 100% confidence in her medical knowledge, judgment and surgical expertise. She will seek a 2ND opinion on a questionable biopsy result, for which we will be forever grateful. Her staff is friendly, kind and very competent. The office is clean and comfortable with enjoyable and relaxing music. We feel fortunate to have DR. Thayer in Sturgeon Bay.

Poor communication between MDs and staff; endless advertising loop recording while you're on hold, in excess of twelve minutes; poor diagnostics and treatment; poor billing practices.

Absolutely elated that Dr. Thaler was able to find out why I had been losing my hair. After 6 months of medication I have hair starting to grow back. I couldn't be me pleased with my experience at Dr. Thaler's office. Also the girls there are so friendly and do a great job!!! A+++++

This woman is amazing. High energy, high smarts, high sense of humor. (Describes herself as "zany.) She IS.
No diddling with needless and endless referrals and time delays with future appointments -- she cuts to the chase and takes care of business. She is wonderful.
