I had began seeing Dr. Aw and she was wonderful. She is the only reason I was sad to move out of state. If I could I would have packed her and taken her with me. Very kind, sweet and concerned. Still miss her and it’s been over 5 years.

Dr Aw is my 92year old mother’s primary care physician and has been for several years. She and her staff always take time to see her and listen to her concerns. Would recommend Dr Aw and her staff.

I had a pretty severe panic attack in her office, no fault on her or the staff, I'm just very uncomfortable in hospitals. I've honestly never had a doctor as patient, compassionate, and kind as her and her staff. I'm normally terrified of doctors and nurses but through their care and patience I've been able to go into hospitals and clinics without having panic attacks. They took my anxiety and depression very seriously, and made sure the medication wasn't interfering with my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Aw, she's honestly changed my life in such an important and impactful way.

Dr. Aw was my husbands primary care physician. He had a rare neurological condition and was always learning more to help with his needs. When he passed away she called me to tell me how sorry she was and that treating him made her a better doctor. Completely unexpected and very much appreciated.

Dr. Aw. appeared disinterested and indifferent to my concerns and situation. She is either board or burnt out. She lacks empathy and compassion for her patience. I can forgive a less than steller bedside manner, if the MD is at least thorough with my care. Dr. Aw, however, seems only concerned with giving the bare minimum. Recently, I went for a wellness exam and all she did was take my blood and gave me a shot. All patience’s deserve much better. If you need a MD, choose someone else.

Dr Aw barely covers the surface of the issue. I saw her for a sinus infection & she told me I had allergies & to buy some nose spray. I recently had some serious health concerns & when discussed openly w/her it became obvious she did not want to talk w/me any longer, practically ran from exam rm. Dr Aw's NP, Jake, is unprofessional & I do not feel comfortable with him. I began going to prompt care instead of seeing Dr Aw.

She has the potential to be a good Dr but she seems to hate people. I was a patient of hers. I was in terrible pain and I called and she was not in. Called the next day, she was on call, no call back so I called Quality Management to see if they could please get my Dr to call me. No luck 3rd day she had the nurse call with useless info. By Monday I had a certifies letter that she was dropping me as a patient for 'expressing concern about her services.' Good riddance to bad rubbish!

I have been her patient for several years and have always been disappointed with the service. She puts all her work on her nurse practitioner and you will wait 6 months to a year to actually talk to the doctor, who will try to get you out of there as quickly as possible. He almost never has good answers for any questions. I would suspect she was a C student. NOT recommended. I am looking for a new doctor
