I don't wish to share my doctors name with anyone because she is so busy now with the patients she has. I appreciate her so much.

I felt Dr. Bai really listened to me and took time with me. I am impressed and feel comfortable with her.

Dr. Bai is amazing. My previous doctor had me on a lot of unnecessary medicines and Ignored a glaring problem. Dr. Bai dealt with the problem right away.

I was very impressed and pleased with Dr. Diane Bai. She really listened to me go through a list of problems with my digestive system and addressed each one of them with practical things I could do and tests or medicine I could use to help.

Dr. Diane Bai came off as very understanding and not pushy, and even having a good bedside manner. It took me a year after our first visit to schedule a colonoscopy due to previous bad experiences. The colonoscopy procedure itself went well and her team was kind. However ,after the diagnosis, she refused to monitor my condition because it was not a simple and easy in and out colonoscopy, because polyps were found. I asked her to continue my yearly colonoscopies per referring doctors request, that she refereed me to at Seattle Clinic, but she refused. She just dropped me without any good reason. If you want continuity of care, and a doctor that actually cares about you, Dr Bai is NOT it. Too bad, because I was excited to find a female specialist.

Dr Bia is an exceptional doctor, I have total faith and confidence in her.

Dr. Bia has been my doctor for many years and I trust her with my procedures.I've always felt like I was talking with a friend at my appointments. Dr. Bia has a great sense of humor and she is very comfortable to be around. I give Dr. Bia a 10!

Dr. Bai took the time to thoroughly explain a gastric issue I have been dealing with for over 9 months. She asked probing ?'s and took the time to understand me and then explain my experience. I feel I was heard and was given ample time for discussion. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you.

Dr Bai took over for me after a misdiagnosis from another doctor. She immediately figured out what was going on, got me off a medication because it was not needed and now I am doing better than I have been for a while.

This doctor diagnosed and treated me for IBS despite my continued insistence that I probably had Celiac. Only after demanding testing and having results off the charts did she admit that I had Celiac. Never recommended real diagnostic tools like endoscopy etc. When I’ve been gluten free and still not feeling good just continues to insist that I have IBS. Won’t address possibility of more serious condition or investigate further. She’s fired.

I call her Queen Doctor because it takes a Queen one to litterally cure a patient..excellent GI MDs arn't able to cure..only the Royal few do..I knew she would..is why I chose her..and she did..she never let me down..only proved me right..am cured today..directly because of her..

She is the most caring and loving Dr. I have ever come across. Highly experienced and very effective Dr. as well. I would never go to anyone else.

Dr. Bai offers the friendliest calming personable bedside manner and is available to answer any and all questions you may have. I went to Digestive Health nervous and afraid due to some previous history. The staff, especially Maria and Dr Bai, picked up on my apprehension and quickly alleviated and calmed my fears with their upbeat demeanor and candor about the procedures and expectations. I went into the procedure room feeling safe & secure and left fully informed. Thank You!
