I gained Dr. Vakante-Jankovic as my primary as I transitioned from pediatric care. I did alot of research on her to make sure she was the doctor for me. Shortly after I began seeing her, I lost my insurance. I've been in and out of the emergency room and spoke to her office, explaining that I don't have insurance or the cash to pay out of pocket to come in and get test results and they refused to give me the information over the phone and then dropped me as a patient. One of the most ignorant providers I've seen. Now that I have insurance back I won't be going back to her or anyone else at her practice.

My husband and I have have been seeing Doctor Vakante for over 20 years. She is a wonderful doctors! She is a caring professional who listens and works very hard to treat any problem you have. We can’t say enough about her. We would recommend her 100%!!!

Worst experiancei have with Dr. vakante and nurse Cindy that relays the message is even worse talks down to you like your nothing Has no care for patient and has no patience at all and very rude, oh one thing that really bothers the doctor would never talk to you the nurses always call .. I would definitely not recommend this doctor or southwestern medical to anybody after what I had to go through this doctor is not helpful and not understanding not family doctor I am more of item to them.

I have been seeing Dr. Vakante-Jankovic for over 10 years. I have also referred family and friends to Dr. Vakante-Jankovic. Whatever the reason that I have had an appointment with Dr. Vakante-Jankovic, I have always been given the courtesy of having all of my concerns and questions answered. I have always left the office knowing that I was given the best care.

I would highly recommend Dr. Vakante-Janovic to all my family & friends. She is a genuine caring person and always willing to take whatever time she can to help you in every appointment you make and for whatever your appointment is for; she gives her finest, professional advice and her explanation for the advice she gives.
