As a clinician my self I am very picky. Dr G. Is the best. Most knowledgeable on newest treatments. Direct and honest with empathy. Hard to find this professional combinations

Uh un no. No good. Insulting and rude. Doesn’t listen to the paitent. Feels like she is better than everyone. Disrespectful. We tried to work with her for years but it is clear she will not work with us. Also always 3 hours late to appointments. Overall bad experience. Worst 5 years of my life. Doesn’t care but i am not asking for that she just does not work with her paitents she thinks she knows everything. Often rushes thru appointments. Do not set an appointment with her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glaccum for over 8 years. She easy to open up to and always listens to my needs. I moved away and tried other Doctors but just couldn’t give her up. I know drive hours to see her. It’s worth it every time! A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Caring Professional who is nonjudgemental and easy to open up to. She explains diagnosis, prognosis and decribes various treatment options available before making a recommendation which factors in the patient’s preference(s).

Always in a rush and very impatient.

When I started experiencing awful side effects just two weeks in to my medication from Dr. Glaccum, I called to speak with her and see if I should stop taking them. I spoke with receptionists on three different accounts (all unprofessional, even got a machine referring to me as a 'customer') and was told I would hear back by mid-day. I never heard from anyone after that and ended up in the ER the following day, with the hospital doctor even calling Dr. Glaccum herself, and still never got a call

Excellent Dr......she has been the only Dr. In 24 years to find the right combinations of medicines. Also she listens to you...thats very important. I personally have been to alot of Drs...but like Diane theres no other... If there where 10 stars.. i would most difinately give it to here.....Thank You Diane.

Dr. Glaccum-Gavagni is very professional, listened to my needs and issues from the very first visit, and has since worked with me to help figure out and tailor a treatment plan specific to me and my needs. I couln't be more pleased. 6 months later...I feel like a completely different person. I feel like me again.
