Dr. Diana Brewster, DO

I’ve been seeing her for 15yrs or so and has always went above and beyond with me. She isn’t the dr that’s all business and you’re out, she takes the time to know me and has since day one.

She could be an awesome doctor yet she is more worried about herslef and her life. You wait hours to she her, she does spend time but if you make her mad beware. Very unprofessional!!!

After reading these reviews, I felt compelled to add my 2 cents. As a majority of low reviews seem to complain about wait times or scheduling, whereas the positive ones talk about how she actually talks to her patients. I know for a fact that she takes the time to explain stuff. If she is treating everybody like a person and taking time then you may have to wait for her to take the time to explain everything to you. Personally, I’d rather wait a bit to be treated like a valued person, than quickly get in to see someone that never makes eye contact with me and kicks me out as soon as my insurance payment is verified. I never thought I’d see someone complain about be treated well. She’s a good doc that is open to suggestions. She has never not answered my questions, and has shown respect to everyone that I could tell. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will say so, AND find it, sharing the answer with you as soon as she finds it. Nice, competent, with no ego. What else do you want?

She doesn't listen to patient. She complains about her problems. She will have tests done, but she will never call to give you results. She loses urine for tests, then tell you, she didn't get your urine. But she shows you where to get it. She doesn't recall what when on with your visit. Will tell you, you didn't tell her this or that. She has no clue to what is going on. Blames staff for not telling her you called 6 weeks ago for results. Nothing is her fault. I'd stay as clear away from this office. Not clean, not organized, and they don't care if the patient gets answers. I would never go back.

I've seen Dr. Brewster for 10+ years. She is compassionate and caring. She never rushes me out the door and always takes her time with me. 5 stars!

Dr. Brewster is a great doc! Well educated, informed and up to date. She is truly interested in her patients and is open and honest. I especially appreciate her willingness to share assessments and take time to educate and encourage each patient. Her dedication is amazing.

I have been a patient of this office for over 6 years now and have just been told they don't know if they can still see me because i have had to change my appt 2 times in the past month. Yet every time i go in i have to wait to see the doctor for at least an hour. They staff is always changing in this office which is not good either. Why wasn't i made aware they were not going to see me until i call to make another appt. Office is not ran well.

Excellent doctor. I have been with her for over a dozen years and she is more than willing to sit with you and listen and try to do the very best she can to get you the help you need. After I was having the symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis for 3 years, I was explaining things to her one day and she immediately referred me to a Gastroenterologist and through the testing, it came out that that was what I had.

Dr. Brewster is a brilliant doctor. Her medical knowledge and experience are extensive and she has the ability to think out-of-the-box to make an accurate diagnosis. She is kind, honest, and direct and that's exactly what I want out of a doc. And yes, you may have to wait awhile when you're there so just expect it and bring a book, pay your bills, or text a friend while you wait. Just know that she will give you and your loved ones the same individualized time and attention too.

Just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient on the recommendation of a friend. As u can see the website says they are currently accepting new patients, but, when I called, I was told they are, in fact , NOT accepting new patients. If they can't even manage to keep their website information pertaining to their practice up to date, I'm not sure I would trust them to manage my health. Actually, one star is too many, but zero stars is, unfortunately, not an option.

Dr. Brewster is a doctor who truly cares about her patients, I never feel rushed when I see her. Her staff is just as amazing and caring as she is. Myself and my four children wouldn't go anywhere else!!
