Staff is terrible
I cannot weigh in too much on Dr. Narula's ability because I've only seen him four times--thrice in office and once for a cardioversion which was successful--since Oct. 2023. His staff and schedulers are incompetent, IMHO. They forgot to schedule a nuclear stress test for me until my primary care physician contacted them on my behalf. Three weeks ago the doctor told me that I needed a device that would allow me to take a portable EKG and send the results to his office. I'm still waiting for follow up from his office. He also told me that I needed an angiogram. That still has not been scheduled. My wife has called them several times to check on my status and it's obvious from their response that I have slipped through the cracks. If I haven't heard back by June 2024 (this is late April) I'm going to see about getting another doctor in another practice

Excellent care for almost 10 years.
However it has been very difficult to get to his assistants at Prime Cardiology of Nevada or his previous group after trying for days. Still waiting for call back with real help for my AFIB or Pacemaker problem.

Dr Narula is kind and patient. I feel like he listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I appreciate how thoroughly he searches for an answer. His office is always booked and it takes a long time to get an appointment but it is worth it because he is great to work with. He also works well with my primary care doctor which is a plus!

I first met Dr. Narula in May. He fixed multiple mistakes done by my previous EP. I had to go through 3 surgeries to fix the mistakes of the previous idiot. Dr Narula is awesome! He explained everything to me completely. I have been a heart patient for 56 years and Dr. Narula is the best I have ever seen. He tells you how it is not what you want to hear. He is positive and upbeat as well as easy to understand. If you need an EP he is the best.

Dr. Narula takes the time to explain what is going on in your heart. Spent a great deal of time educating me on the effects of long term a-fib on the heart and some temporary remedies through cryo-ablation. He and Dr. Ahmed took care of it at Mt. View hospital (I have the highest regard for all) and would recommend any one of them.

He is the best doctor I have ever been to and I've lived in MI. IN. CA. & Hawaii, but you have to be ready to put up with rude office staff and even ruder telephone service EVERY TIME YOU CALL.
