Dr. Devaprabu Abraham is an excellent endrochrinologist who is well respected by his medical peers both locally and nationally. He has studied and trained at some of the top schools and medical facilities in the world. I have spoken with several of my doctors in different practices regarding my thyroid cancer - they have all given very high praise and full confidence that I am under excellent care with Dr. Abraham. He is professional and explained in great detail all aspects of my thyroid situation. He has a serious but soft-spoken demeanor - just know that he is very intelligent and will work diligently to get you answers and guide you to the next steps towards your healing. I highly recommend Dr. Abraham and thank him for helping me through my thyroid cancer journey.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Abraham. His care, compassion and clear explanation was truly appreciated and helped alleviate our concerns. Also, as a veteran, I truly feel like my transition from a military medical environment to a civilian one was seamless (and my “service” was respected). Dr. Abraham had the option to schedule a new appointment to clarify initial findings. Instead, he elected to conduct a clarifying ultrasound in the office, thereby helping to address the medical concern, recommend an appropriate care plan and alleviate our anxiety. Thank you Dr. Abraham for your outstanding care!!

Dr. Abraham was very patronizing and condescending. If I asked a question he acted as if it was the stupidest question that could have ever been asked. He tried to spend my entire appointment time lecturing me. I confronted him about and and though his attitude improved I don’t feel it was genuine but was to placate me. He had a fellow with him and I am horrified to think he is training the next generation of doctors to act like him. One of the worst doctors I have seen in a long time.

Dr. Abraham probably saved my life. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with an enlarged thyroid with a calcified nodule. The first biopsy (not performed by Dr. Abraham) came back as inconclusive. An ENT wanted to remove my thyroid completely. My medical history is complex and I was not eager to have another surgery. Dr. Abraham explained my condition in a very clear way, adjusted my medication and told me that I did not need surgery. He is among the very best physicians I know.
