he was very rude and condescending as well as brief and non-committal. his empathy was 0 and he was very unprofessional in general. he should have disciplinary action taken against him as I have several other friends who have the same comments.

HORRIBLE. Presented with a head injury to the temple area of my head in the ER Was suffering from headache, neck pain, and pain spreading down my right side. The only contact I had with him was in the hall and he stated that my head was injured 2 days ago. I corrected him with approximately 9 hours earlier. He did no exam to see if I was having issues from the fall. I was discharged with no pain meds For this substandard care, my insurance was billed almost $1300.
