Dr. Dermot More O'Ferrall, MD

Many years ago I couldnt get in to see him because of my Insurance,when my insurance changed at work,I was finally able to make an appointment with him and I sat there and cried,i couldnt wait to see him,and was beyond over the moon to meet him,it was like meeting a superstar because I heard such good things about him and I can tell you..ever since then our lives have changed forever. I say "OUR" because my husband also sees him,we have been to many Doctors before and absolutely no one compares to Dr.O.Since Covid hit,he no longer sees patients,now we are lost. We have been to at least 7 different Drs..NO ONE can help us like he has. We are no longer the active people we once were after seeing Dr.O..We NEED DR.O back!!

I've read all the previous reviews, and it seems that the one star reviews are either looking for a quick fix, or are thinking that APM is a drug store. I've been seeing Dr. More-O'Ferrall for over 20 years. Have never had a more caring, understanding, and compassionate doctor. I had moved away for a few years and couldn't wait to get back to my doctors here. Their philosophy on pain management is not just injections, pain pills, and procedures. Physical Therapy, exercise and a well rounded view of personal and medical care is essential to ones pain management. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. More-O'Ferrall, and hope to keep seeing him till I drop over.

I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr More O' Ferrall back in 2011. Since then, I have been on a journey of highs & lows; always being treated with respect, compassion, professional expertise and a wee bit of "O" humor! I have been to other pain management docs but I found the pot of gold with Dr O. Would recommend Dr O to anyone needing help with any type of pain. Thanks doc and staff.

Dr. More-O'Ferrel was so compassionate with me at the first appointment, I was in a great deal of pain and he was very respectful of that. He listened and asked appropriate questions. Very glad I found him!! Occassionally the wait time for a procedure was a little longer, however, I know it's because others are receiving quality care. Both doctor and staff acknowledge/inform me if the wait is going to be longer for some reason.

It's hard to find a Dr that truly wants to get to the root of your problem. This Dr takes time to listen to you. To me that's a big part of treatment. He really wants to resolve your issue and he really cares. Also have to put in a word for his nurse, Serena. She is the sweetest most caring person who really puts you at ease.

I would not go to any other pain doctor. Dr.More-O’Ferrall is very professional and explains what he is going to do in a way you can understand. He makes you feel so completely at ease. He has done an exceptional job so far in my medical care.

I would highly recommend Dr. More O’Ferrall. Not only is he sincerely kind but he cares for his patients and strives to bring them relief from pain.

Great doctor, he has helped me with my bad back and resultant painful nerve condition. He is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He also listens to his patients. I would recommend Dr. More O' Ferrall to anybody suffering in pain. He can help a person in pain live a more normal, active life.

Patient, caring, quick!

Makes you feel comfortable. Listens to all your complaints of your pain. First doctor in 25 years you could help me with my pain and understand it with me. A good person.

I figured out this is a procedure orientated pain clinic. If you are on narcotics now, you should find another clinic. Their first order of business will to give you a story how people just die for no reason when on narcotic pain medication and then place you on something different. Then when you ask to go back to a smaller dose of your previous medication they will tell you "no, we won't get that medication here".

if you value your sanity stay well away from this doctor. only interested in procedures, whether necessary or not. total lack of compassion. doesnot offer alternative options. ill informed medical decisions.

Dr More O’Ferrall has a great bedside manner. Listens to you and is very concerned with giving you the best possible. I have been going to him for years and have never been disappointed.

I only saw APM out of pain from an auto accident. In my mind, level 9+ pain was a subjective emergency. In general, it wasn't a high priority to this staff. I do not wish evil, but i wish someone near and dear to their heart would get into the same pain...and see if that laissez-faire approach worked:(
