Worst experience of our lives. Dr. Lam over promised and under performed. The care that was promised to our medically fragile, RARE child was no where in sight. We are thankful that the PICU team stepped in when they did. Dr. Lam needs to learn to listen to his patients families. Add some more care and concern and leave the cocky attitude at the door. If you plan to use Dr. Lam do not expect to see him when troubles arise. You will be left in the hands of residents. Pain management was awful.
