Almost killed me numerous times (3 separate MRI s were read by him )with his improper reading of an MRI on my neck He said there was "slight herniation of the disc at C5-C6" In actuality I was suffering a full vertebral collapse and was just months away from death At the time I was leaking spinal cord fluid and he missed it even tho was clear as day in picture !! Few years later in He misread a CT of my abdomin saying it was most likely a "ovarian cyst " after I was viewed internally (by a endoscopy ) wasn't found that what HE was seeing was a tumor IN MY STOMACH!!! So he's not even getting the correct ORGANS here on his CT's!! And when he reads necks he never fails to miss HUGE issues everytime It's like this if Derek reads the image ... than you can bet all your money that whatever he says is 100% incorrect After having 5 grossly misread images misread by him and I'm currently in a lawsuit Whenever I go to hospital to get imaging I always have to say "I decline his
