He takes his time and actually listens to youKM
I was impressed with Dr. Soni. The visit was not rushed. Dr.Soni actually listen to patients. He suggests but does not push recommendations. The staff was friendly. The appointment was on time. I definitely recommend this practice.

Pathetic Physician
If they let this guy be a physician, I guess they will let anyone be a physician... This is a "doctor" who severely lacks empathy and has ZERO emotional intelligence. He gives off an ego... like he knows everything and is very busy with his work... but it is evident he spends a lot of his time in the office just surfing the internet and reading the news for his own amusement. I implore you to RETIRE for the well-being of patients who actually need quality healthcare.

I have been a patient for at least 10 years. I have found him to be kind, caring, listens to my concerns, he can put me at ease. He has seen me through adult on-set asthma and lung cancer. With cancer it was diagnosed very early, Dr. Soni recommended a surgeon, he even called to set up the appointment. He is a wonderful doctor and a very caring person.

This is a doctor who did not bother to talk to patient nor family member before or after an operation. Delivered very bad news over the phone then refused request for a 15 minutes consulting session because he is 'too busy'

We were devastated. 5y survival rates around 12-18% for stage 4. Dr. Soni immediately left after the procedure. We were frantic and literally had to get the nurse to call him on his cell. He eventually agreed to meet with us for ten minutes...we waited an hour before he cancelled. We left that day thinking my mom has months to live. It was an unbearable period for my family. And the lack of availability, lack of compassion and empathy displayed by Dr. Soni only made it harder to bear.

There is a character limit so I'm trying to describe our experience in multiple posts After mom was diagnosed with cancer, we were devastated. We hoped and prayed it was still early stages and surgery could remove it. Dr. Soni performed a bronchoscopy to find out more. We were promised a meeting before the procedure. Nope, didn't happen. Fine, we would have time with the doctor afterwards. NOPE! He left! But he did leave us with the results: mom has stage 4 lung cancer.

Terrible, heartless doctor. We will forever wonder if we had a more caring doctor, what could have been? Truly displayed zero compassion in my family's darkest time. My mom had been seeing Dr. Soni for a year with a persistent cough. He thought it was asthma or allergies. After several months, only when MY MOM HERSELF expressed concern about cancer, he ordered a CT scan. It confirmed our worst nightmare - mom had lung cancer. I'm gonna try leaving multiple posts here to describe everything...

Recently, I went for my 6 month checkup: the doctors office staff is horrendous, especially the technician who was trying to monitor my breathing through the Spirometer. I could not and the technician was getting upset. I said I cannot and got up they gave two puffs from some inhaler, did not alleviate my condition. The doctor came to see him, and I was relating my breathlessness, and he was clueless. They tried to revive me with Oxygen, some more inhaler, finally sent me to ER

Dr Soni was extremely pleasant and thorough. He not only took the time to talk to me in depth about my asthma, but also took the time to get to know me as a person. I am pregnant and he also talked with me about which medications were safe for me to take during pregnancy. I would recommend him very highly!

Dr. Soni is such an incredible physician. He is not only an expert in his field but he genuinely listens to his patients and cares for them. He spent over 2 hours carefully listening and digesting the many facets of my condition. Not only is he a true professional but he is graceful and compassionate as well.

Dr. Soni, is a so professional and a very old fashioned doctors, 'who cares about patient-physicians relationship'. Being a retired therapist, I am amazed at his attentive skills, his openness, and his excellence in diagnosing issues that plagued my situation. I am no longer wondering if I have this, that or the other. I know what I have and how best I can manage It. Dr. Soni is making my care a lot less complicated. What else do you need from a specialist?
