The office staff are inept and quite frankly incompetent with scheduling and understanding of reasons patients require a cardiologist. Been dealing with their little games since September 2023 when THEY “needed” to reschedule my appointment twice. Now today, on my new appointment day January 12 2024, do the math, they call to cancel and reschedule. I firmly reminded them this will be the third time in a row they have failed and will be rescheduling. They said “oh?, well let’s get you in a bit later today.” I show up early (10 minutes , which is typical)to a jam packed waiting room with unhappy faces. When I go to sign in, the receptionist deflects and says just have a seat I’ll be with you in a moment. Several minutes later she waves me up. Says she has two problems. I’m 3 minutes late, and my appointment was 10 minutes ago, they’ll need to reschedule or I may wait an hour and a half. Complete lie and unprofessional game. My appointment time and arrival is recorded and tracked. Fired after years of being a patient, but can no longer allow staff to play games with my health. Biggest but not most important issue, I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially when I have proof to refute this blatant lie. The office does send text messages with a reminder of appointment time, and to arrive early. My phone GPS shows my visits and time stamped location. They weren’t interested in facts and proof, because that negates the game they play while double booking, overbooking, and trying to make their job less difficult. This is an excellent representation of how Dr Johnson prioritizes quantity over quality. He and his staff are failing our wonderful community and should be ashamed of these unprofessional practices and his reputation.

My Cardiologist...
He takes the time to discuss your feelings and answers any questions about your condition. He also is interested in your mental health as he asks about your social background and is interested in your hobbies! A very caring doctor!
