Dr. Gusman is great however his office staff is horrible and rude. I will not return to his office due to their lack of professionalism. I don't recommend this office at all. Dr needs new staff.

My experience with Dr.gusman was awesome. His staff is very helpful and friendly., I went to see him for my plantars issue and now seeing him for an ankle issue. He is thorough With his work

As Dr.Gusman was great his staff is terrible, my son had orthotics made and payed the copay for several appointments and still wanted to charge a copay for picking them up as he would need to see the doctor to make sure they fit. I was told it was like a perception and that’s fine but Iv never been charged a copay for picking up a perception Ever! Like getting my perception for my glasses, picked them up and seen the doctor to make sure the perception is right and not changed another copay!

I've been going to dr. Gusman for 4 years I'm a diabetic and have had many foot issues and he has been able to help me save my feet, when other podiatrist wanted to cut off my toes

I saw Dr.Gusman multiple times for foot pain. The service and explanation of condition are poor. The staff asks you to pay for the visit even before the visit and they don't want to charge the insurance and let you pay for the visit after it has been processed by insurance like all other clinics do. After an year I am looking for other foot and ankle doctors in the area.
