Dr. Crockett
I saw him several times for a blocked right ear. He gave me steroids, put a scope up my nose, and sent me for a hearing test. The person administering the hearing test told me they could plainly see the ear wax against my ear drum. I scheduled another appointment with a different ENT who simply vacuumed the ear wax out, and my problem was solved. I have no idea why he chose to treat me in this manner. Very frustrating.

Dr Crockett was to treat an abscess in my ear lobe that caused a staph infection. He prescribed antibiotics and said he would remove the abcess once it calmed down after the antibiotics. We set up an appt for the procedure accordingly. I showed up for the appt and paid the $75 up front fee for him to simply tell me the procedure would be "a pain in HIS rear to dig out" literally his words, and i was told to wait until i get another staph infection before he would do anything about it....well i have another staph infection, have to miss work again and am currently in ER to do the work he said he would do. I am very disappointed as this shows no sense of concern for my health, wellbeing, and livelyhood. If he is more concerned about the procedures he said he would do being a pain in his rear over my health and dealing with ANOTHER staph infection, still take my money to turn me away after 5mins of saying its too much of a pain for HIM, he clearly doesnt have his patients interest in mind

I had the *exact* same experience as reported here in the review by "John D. in Los Angeles, CA – Feb 14, 2016". Word for word, every single thing in that review applies to me! Very suspicious.

When I tooky 4 month old in for a possible sinus infection, he scoped her nose TWICE to verify no obstructions, when we already said they wasn't any. Then he prescribed her antibiotics, and when we asked if he was sure this was the best route since she was so young, he completely 180'd and said Nah let's just wait for another week and see how it goes. Then when prescribing me antibiotics, he said I couldn't breastfeed and had to give formula. But every other doc spoken to said false, can nurse.

Our daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed at 3. We were referred to dr.crockett by another dr and I'm so glad that was the case. He is a busy man so I had no problem with him getting straight to the point and moving fast. He was perfect with everything he did and he did explain things well. We liked him so much we are now going back to him with our second child and her ear issues. He also works out of like 5 different places so very easy to make appointments with him.

Wonderful and kind ENT. Sadly I've had various issues going on with my ears since I was a child. Dr. Crockett takes his time and is patient and empathetic, I wouldn't want to see anyone else. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend, nor will I be going back to see Dr. Crockett. He came off as insensitive, and in a hurry to get me out the door. He performed a procedure that had nothing to do with why I was there, which cost me $250. He tried to put me in another room to perform another procedure, but that room was occupied. So he laid me down, turned my head side to side and diagnosed me without ever doing the correct procedure. The whole visit couldn't have been more than 5 minutes.

Dr. Crockett was very thorough. Communicates well and makes you feel comfortable. He ran tests with state of the art equipment. I used to get 3-4 sinus infections a year and now I have none.

I have been seeing Dr Crockett for almost 2 years with a LPR condition. He has been extremely knowledgable and on time for all appointments. To be certain there were no cancer issues associated with my LPR, I really like his conservative approach & recommending a CT. He then went through in detail. I trust him completely.

the worst doctor I have ever seen. CARELESS!!!! he prescribed 2 medicines for me I didn't need. had to go to the ER because of that.he ordered a CT Scan for me costed me $355 for him to tell me that I had nothing going on. he didn't want to help me nor looked at the radiology report. I had a stone im my salivary gland and a cyst in my nostril and he said that's normal. Also, he gets inside the room without saying hi or giving eye contact, asks no details, and leaves the room suddenly

Put me under general anesthesia for a procedure that did not require it, and then while I was under, conducted an additional procedure without my prior consent. It's been years, and it looks like I will have problems for the rest of my life, thanks to this procedure. I had zero complaints that were addressed by this procedure; I had gone to him for something entirely different.
