Dr. Dennis Crandall, MD

Dr Crandall is nothing but a hatchet man for workers comp may God help his soul for the things that he does to people who are in need of care but he does nothing but look out for the bottom line for the insurance companies and workers comp he's a lying charlatan

I had my 6 month visit after my last spinal surgery which added 9 more levels to my 6 levels previously fused. I am not having any pain and because he pulled my spin back I am no long walking hunched over.

I have severe back problems which are well documented by multiple MRI's. I had to stop working and this "so called doctor" reported back to the Work Comp Insurance Company (ACIP) I had no problems. If you are looking for a competent doctor, I'd look elsewhere. This doctor has no interest in making an objective medical opinion. I'm sure him remaining in the Work Comp Treating network is dependent on him siding with the insurance company. VERY SAD.

After years of conservative efforts to treat my spinal stenosis, nothing really worked and my condition was worsening. However, I had closed my mind against any open back surgery. But after consultation with Dr.. Crandall I felt totally confident that it was what I will do.. He explained everything so thoroughly and with such warmth and compassion that I was totally at ease and looking forward to hiss successful treatment. He is truly a fine clinician and a very nice person.

My visit was a follow-up with Dr. Crandall. All was professional as usual.

Dr Crandall took the time to review with me and explained it in very easy to understand English. He also did testing of my back and right leg and recommended one more test to be sure of what was going on with my numbness, cramps and associated pain. Test to be done by an outside MRI company on February 25, 2021. After MRI done I will make an appointment with Dr Crandall to review results.

He takes the time to listen even though he has a busy schedule.i had been around a lots of Doctors my entire life.Dr. Crandall has been the only doctor that had listen and try to help my painful condition, always felt he was honest and genuine concern about my condition.

I found Dr Crandall 10 years ago. He was strongly recommended to me by an orthopedic surgeon from Tucson. I have ongoing degenerative disc disease and my first surgery was 23 years ago in Indiana. In the last 10 years Dr Crandall has fused my cervical and my lumbar areas. The latest was 3 months ago when he fused all of my lumbar. He is an exceptional surgeon and I would have no one else operating on my spine! I sincerely hope that he will always be available (not retire) as long as I need him! He is the best...
