Refused to treat me & later dropped me as patient
In Feb 2022 I reached out to Dr. Carroll to treat me with antibiotics due to a severe cold, the nurse informed me he refused unless I came in physically to be seen. Dr. knew (after treating me for several decades) that I react poorly when expose to cold air or cold in general so going out in the frigid weather at that time would have been counterproductive to improving my health & irresponsible for my part. In fact, it would of likely caused much more harm than any relief that I would of gain from antibiotics, Dr. Carroll was very aware of this. After his refusal I sent him an email at his office reminding him of my condition as he was very well aware of this and still, he refused to treat me by phone and two days later he sent my husband and I each, letters dropping us a patients.

Dr. Carroll and his staff are top of the line. They have taken care of my family for years now and from my youngest to the oldest (me!) we just think the world of Dr. Carroll and his staff. Dr. Carroll has a great bedside manor and we feel at ease with talking to him about any and all medical issues. His staff of PA's and RN's are kind and very caring. We wish that there were more Doctor's and Nurses like Dr. Dennis Carroll and staff. The Pennell Family.
