Failed Nose Surgery
My original review was deleted so here is the updated review: I saw Deniz Gerrechi for an initial consultation to discuss major breathing issues and excessive nose bleeds in early 2020. Long story short, since this forum has a word limit, she performed a visual exam (no X-Rays, no nose scope, etc.), nothing besides pictures and looking. I had surgery on July 6th, 2020. Completely failed. I woke up puking blood and continued to do so for 10 hours because they gave me too many meds. My nose tripled in size, I had to be seen by her early to clean, take out the plugs, and re-bandage. She went on maternity leave and her replacement told me to "sleep on your side and allow gravity to assist in your breathing". She came back, I had a follow-up and she admitted my septum is still deviated and aesthetically had changed, which was not the point of the surgery, it was to breathe better. I went to the hospital and state and they told me the standard of care was met. Complete lie. Do your research.
