Wonderful doctor
I have been a patient of Dr Sherman for years as is my sister, daughter, mother and now my husband. She never appears rushed and listens to any concern we might have. Have always received calls back from her nurse in a timely manner and think her staff is very friendly!

Disappointed
Went with my mom (a patient for 20+ yrs) to ask Dr. Sherman to refer us for a neuro work up because my mom has gone down hill physically and mentally in last couple of months. She wanted to do lab work 1st but agreed she is very different from last visit. She went out of town for a week. Mom ended up in hospital (hallucinating for approx. 29hrs) I left a DETAILED message on Sunday evening prior to her return to office. When she didn’t call, I left another DETAILED message about this complete change in Mom’s behavior. We have now completed rehab and moved Mom to a different living environment. Still no call from either Dr S or her nurse. VERY disappointed!!!

Dr Sherman has been my doc for several years now. She has been very attentive thorough with my care. Super attentive and explains everything in detail. Very few doctors take the time to listen and help you understand in detail. Recommend highly

Dec. 2019-I love Dr Sherman and trust her wholeheartedly; but sometimes her staff leaves a lot to be desired. For one, the insurance girl tried to tell me I had a different insurance for my last years annual wellness checkup and tried to charge me. When she finally discovered her mistake, she murmured something to the other girl and walk away without a word to me. The most dissappointing thing that happened is what the girl drawing blood did to my arm. Usually I’m asked to make a fist, but she didn’t say to do that and slid the needle in sideways, which hurt. For a week, I had a hard blood knot, and then a black and blue large spot. I intend to complain and show Dr Sherman the pictures of my arm. I know this is not her practice.

I have been seeing Dr Sherman now for 7 years. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. I can highly recommend Dr. Sherman and her staff at Magnolia Internal Medicine. I have sent many of my friends and family there and they have all been extremely pleased as well.

I was a patient of Dr Sherman for three years. Overall I was pleased with my care. Unfortunately, my daughter, also Dr Sherman's patient was in a car accident. She was told at the hospital to follow up with her primary Dr. When she called the next day, she was told they wouldn't see her because of liability issues. They also wouldn't refer her to any specialist. They showed no concern or compassion. I can't understand not even referring a current patient to a specialist. So very disappointed.

(Today's date 1/2/2017 ) Great doctor! I have used her for many years. Her current nurse has a lot to learn about compassion and kindness, but Dr. Sherman is worth the hassle. Her nurse of 5 years ago was amazing, and I still miss her.
