Don't waste one day of your fertile years..
on this B of a doctor. Get out of Kaiser if you need to, at least go to a different county. Don't call for an appointment with her, don't put yourself through any more stress. All the negative reviews are legit. I finally got pregnant naturally when I switched to a real Dr who was able to help and who actually cared.

Dr. Murray's rating of 1.9/5 from others speaks for itself. Run for the hills if you are considering this clinic! Dr. Murray runs the dept and she is hands down one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. Her sidekick Dr. Yates is equally as bad telling me at my first appointment "This isn't going to work, but we will try it anyways" and at my last appointment "You look depressed". Infertility is a hard enough journey as it is and encountering doctors like these who truly don't care about their patients is so disappointing with a specialty such as this. From start to finish they treat you like a number, have zero empathy and address your questions with yes or no answers and no explanation or any attention to detail. They seem miserable in their jobs and quite frankly Dr. Murray needs to retire. She cancelled what other doctor's in her clinic deemed to be a perfect IUI cycle and then counted it as one given when it was conveniently the Fourth of July holiday weekend and my

DOES NOT MAKE PATIENTS JOURNY EASY ALREDY HARD AS IT IS. Doesn’t answer questions. Doesn't tell anything what’s happening or the measurements or future treatments that we may go through. Just commands. Delays treatments according to her will if you are not in her good books. Tells you to go home if you are not precisely there before 15 mins due to some valid reason but still there before 5 mins. I had to put up a fight to get in.

Avoid her and do not waste your time and money. She is rude and unprofessional. Also she lied about my HSG that is normal and in fact it was not (she said she looked at it but she didn't). Really sad that she is treating her patients like that. She (I don't even want to spell her name) is not helping at all.

Terrible! She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. You are an annoyance to her and she wants your appointment over with in under 5 minutes. Very short in her responses, rude and unhelpful. Thank you Jesus that we never had to see her in person or pay copays. My advice, switch doctor's.

Dr. Murray has no compassion or empathy for anyone. She reminds me of Mrs. Trunchbull from Matilda. Mean, nasty, makes people cry, and probably eats little children for breakfast.

At every one of our appointments, she was condescending, rude and awful. When I asked for advice, she would say “that’s up to you” and when I asked what something meant, she told me the nurse would call me later. She even lied one time and told me she replied to an email. She didn’t even respond when I had a medical emergency. She truly does not care about patients and hates her job. Read all her other reviews. I can’t believe she is still practicing!

She sucks. Does not explain anything to you. Even her Nurse's hate her. Do not know how this lady still has a job with how much she hates her patients it sure seems like!

She is rude, condescending, lacks empathy, and vague. Had alot of communication problems with her. She is very difficult to contact, doesn't respond to pages from the pharmacy and doesn't reply to emails. She does not answer questions directly. She suggested I take a medication that requires a prescription, but didn't give me a prescription for it. She also ordered lab tests that were not discussed previously and didn't order another that was discussed. Very confusing doctor.

Dr. Murray has no soul... No empathy or concern about your needs. She was rude, unprofessional, and did not provide any guidance. Absolutely the worst "doctor" I have ever witnessed, I do not know how someone can be so cruel... I sought a 2nd opinion and everything she told me was WRONG!

I will try to be objective of how terrible this provider is. Dr Murray lacks due diligence and attention to detail with regard to case review. She does not offer information or try to help. She is cut and dry and doesn’t further investigate new onset issues. She doesn’t seem to really connect with her patients on a basic human/compassionate level. She definitely makes you feel like a number and not a human. She provides inconsistent information without informed research. This doctor is not trustworthy, or competent in her area of practice nor does she take her patient’s best interests to heart. I do not recommend this provider, and suggest if you’ve had a similar experience to notify your health plan.

It's clear that Dr. Murray doesn't put her patient's concerns or best interests forward. She is dismissive, pedantic, and unconcerned with finding a solution. If you want a person who listens to you and caters to your needs, you won't find it here.

I've been going to Dr. Murray (female, not male like it says up above), on and off for about years now. I've switched around doctors as my first experience wasn't pleasant. Very vague -- I needed more direct answers and seeked someone else inside my network. When that doctor left Kaiser, I looked for another and they told me Dr. Murray was the only one left, so we went back to her. After everything, I asked many questions, I knew what to ask now, and she again, was very vague. My husband had some more tests done and no suggestions about what to do next. At the end of the day, I want a doctor that at least shows that they care and are guiding us into the right direction even if that means with another doctor or specialist. I had other co-workers that also went to her and they felt the same, they never shared their experience with me until I made my own opinion, they didn't want me to be biased or visit her with any pre-judments , which is fair. I'm sad to say I wouldn't recommend her.
