Not very professional, extremely rude office staff, schedules appointments during the schedule lunch hours (what the heck?!) I had to take time off of work to go to an appointment only to discover that they were on lunch, why?! Always, always, always running late for scheduled appointments. Once in a while is understandable, but not every time! I will never go back, I didn't know I had other options in the vicinity until recently. Dr. Ferrando's office is the worst, don't go.

Dr. Ferrando has been my gynecologist for 25 years. She performed one surgery on me and I was treated with great care and respect. She and her office staff have always been wonderful. I would highly recommend.
