She's an underqualified doctor working for Independent Health to reject necessary testing. Her expertise will not be in the area of your specialist's requests, so it's clear her understanding of a particular disease or condition will not be what's required to really understand what you need. She's happy to post on Twitter about getting kids from Ireland into the American health system, paid for by Americans, though. While simultaneously rejecting needed care for actual Americans.
