I’ve been a patient for quite a while. Never really had a problem there . I had an appointment the other day, got a phone call at 8 AM in the morning telling me if I didn’t pay my deductible that the doctor would not see me. I owed money and I was bringing it in with me to my appointment. no problem. I didn’t need to be threatened to bring the money in and pay my bill. I will never return to this office. There is a way to be polite and handle things correctly- this wasn’t it!
