Excellent Patient Care
Dr. Devuni is very intelligent, very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She is exceptional when it comes to her specialty and patient care. She takes time to explain to you about your issues. Dr. Devuni is very calm and caring when she speaks to you. She cares not only about you as a patient but about your family-and those that take care of you at home. Without Dr. Devuni and the team, I wouldn't be here writing this message. Many thanks to Dr. Devuni and thanks to the entire transplant clinic staff. As a result of their care, I have enjoyed an additional 6 years with my family which I would have lost if not for Dr. Devuni. I am so happy I chose UMass Memorial Medical Center and Dr. Devuni and I highly recommend her! If I could give 100 stars as a rating, I would!

I’ll give zero if it’s possible.
I had to go to another doctor to review blood work and biopsy results from Dr. Devuni. She said I need to lose weight and everything should get better and don’t see her again unless I lose another 10-20 pounds. My iron levels were 1500 and she did not do anything. The next doctor said it’s at dangerous level and should really be lowered. I checked all the medical websites and it’s bad to have 1100+ ferritin levels. I had all the symptoms of high iron level. Even my biopsy results were interpreted incorrectly and explained by Dr. Devuni. In her notes, she kept saying it’s stage 1 when it’s already in stage 3. Please avoid going to this doctor.
