Highly recommend for menopausal issues
I've struggled with numerous menopause-related problems and consulted three different doctors in search of relief, but each one took me in a different direction without solving anything. Dr. Kashyap took the time to understand my unique concerns and has made a huge difference—I feel better than I have in years. I can’t recommend her enough!

Frustrating! Always late :(
Telehealth
3 appointments (one in person, 2 zoom) and she has been at least 40 minutes late for each one. I understand things come up, but she doesn't even acknowledge or apologize. My time is valuable too. My saving grace with the zoom calls is at least I'm not sitting on an exam table like I was the first time, wrapped in a tissue gown, staring at a wall wondering if anyone is ever going to come in. Once I get my prescriptions, I am going to be looking for a new provider.

Great experience
Had a truly comfortable experience at my appointment with Dr Kashyap. Office was clean & staff was friendly. Short wait-time. Dr Kashyap listened & explained my procedure in layman's terms & was able to answer my queries. I didn't feel rushed & was totally relaxed. Great doctor.

Bad. She was recommended to me by my doctor who retired to continue my hormone therapy. She said she could not continue my prescription unless I got a mammogram. I said no. I've never had a positive mammogram. never had cancer. NO one in my family ever had breast cancer. Also my doctor didn't think it was necessary. She never gave me an exam. Would not renew my prescription. Charged my insurance co. $300.00. No wonder my medical premiums are so high. What a scam.

Dr. Kashyap is very nice and kind. Her office staff is who I had a problem with. They were rude and unprofessional! I waited between 30-45 mins each visit. (3x’s) and I was the only patient in the waiting area. I listened to the staff speak about other patients in a negative way and also I had to listen to one of the girls personal issues and drama including vulgar language! The office over charged me and it took several attempts via phone calls, emails, and personal visits to solve the problem

My appointment was scheduled for 11 am. I was seen at 12:30. Spent the Last 45 minutes naked in the paper "robe" waiting. I had filled my forms out ahead of time as suggested. Dr Deepali was not personable; she shrugged off several of my questions regarding my post baby body changes. I concluded that she was fine for annual exams but not pregnancy. However she'd rather dismiss patients than fix the problems at her office. No bedside manner.

I had 3 appointments made with the doctor in a span of 1 week. 1st -discuss my case,2nd - ultrasound, 3rd -supposedly to discuss the result of my Ultrasound, but unhappy to hear that she still have to discuss my case with another Dr. and will call me back.She did not follow up in time despite being warned about my travel plans, she called me while I am already on board the aircraft. Attempts to call her back to discuss my case but blocked by her receptionist. I have not spoken to the doctor.

Dr Kashyap took her time and made me feel very comfortable. She is by far the best gynecologist I have ever had! I highly recommend Dr. Kashyap, she is knowledgeable, professional and a very nice lady!!!

I had a terrible experience with another doctors office so I was really hesitant to trust another doctor with my baby. Dr kashyap makes me feel comfortable and explains things very well to me and my husband. I refer everyone I can to her.

The office is clean, and very cute. The staff is super nice and Dr. Kashyap is awesome. She is gentle, friendly and you can tell she really cares. I am so happy with my experience with her, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

I left this office in tears. I've seen OBGYN's in Australia, NYC and Vegas before and I've never been treated so badly or felt like people weren't listening to me. Dr. Kashyap asked me questions that I wrote on the pages of paperwork I filled out, ignored the answers and then suggest I come back again for a wellness check up. I was charged $200 for a 10 minute visit.
