Dr. Deepa Patel, MD

I wish I can give a worst review than this. Deepa Patel was my primary physician. At my second visit receptionist charged me co-pay , but doctor didn’t checked me . Then I asked co-pay refund , they directed me to billing n after 1 1/2 year every week call now they directed me to collection dept, collection dept representative said she can’t do anything because she don’t have any money. I changed my place n doctor. When ever I call them for refund it’s going in rounds but no solution. It’s been 18 months no solution I found. I went to their Parlin office, it is permanently closed. Now I lost the hope in those guys for my refund.I don’t have any issue with Doctor, except their management . Who are irresponsible and irritating.

Dr. Patel overall is a very good Doctor. I have no complaint about Dr. Patel. But it is the office staff that needs training on, speaking to patients on the phone. I have been working as a supervisor at a medical center and if my staff treated patients on the phone as the office staff at Dr. Patel's office did they would be put on a performance plan immediately. I

She is a great doctor, no unnecessary tests, no unnecessary medications, excellent doctor..very supportive and listens to the problems and spend adequate time with the patients to understand the issues and providing advise.

I loved Dr. Patel. She is very a intelligent and professional Dr.. And as an extra bonus she is also understanding, extremely pleasant and personable! Unfortunately because of insurance issues I can no longer use Dr Patel as my primary care provider. The office staff is also very helpful and polite. Given the opportunity to return to her care, I would will gladly switch back without a second thought.

Dr. Patel was friendly, informative and very helpful! The office and staff were very organized, punctual, and kind. I was seen at the time of my appointment and I had a good amount of time with the doctor to ask all my questions and to get my concerns addressed. Highly recommend

An outstanding doctor. Very knowledgeable. As a patient, you get the feeling that she genuinely cares about your concerns.

I had a treatment with this doctor and later we received high bills which was suppose to notify upfront at the time of appointment whether my insurance covers the cost. This is completely unacceptable

Dr Deepa is a very caring person. She speaks in terms that you can understand. She is very easy to talk to. She take time with her patients to ensure they understand what their health needs are.

Very great doctor. I saw one dr for yrs and he couldn't figure out why i was always tired and worn out. I saw Dr Deepa Patel once, made some changes as she suggested and what a big difference. I would definitely recommend Dr Patel to family and friends.
