Dr. Deep Aggarwal, MD

I had brain and IAC MRI that Dr Aggarwal read. He states my mastoid and middle ear cavities are normal, however it is very evident if you look at images, that is NOT the case. There is obvious fluid(possibly infection) in my right mastoid bone(easily seen on multiple axial series). Also, very easily seen is some inflammation or moderate amt of fluid in my right ear near temporal bone(on coronal), hoping not a missed lesion. I had my ENT look since Loyola radiology missed these, and he agreed there is fluid in mastoid, and he will look closer at both these issues once he has a CD. Given I've had vestibular and tinitis/hearing issues, and chronic ear infections, I'd hope radiology wouldn't miss these obvious things in my MRI. But he did! Also, there is nothing stated in report about the DTI portion of my test. I went to Loyola specifically for DTI, 2 other neuroradiologists saw I have degeneration already at my age of 49. Not a word about DTI or cortical loss.
