Dr. Shapiro was my PCP for 25 years. She was incomparable; still the finest clinician I have had the pleasure to consult. She was expert, empathetic, and giving of her time. She saw me through many difficult times and could be counted upon to do her very best every visit. I now live in Boston, MA, and am seen at the most prestigious medical institutions in the world. No physician here has offered better care than Dr. Shapiro.

Rude, No sense of empathy, wants to show her superiority instead of helping you. Totally disappointed with my visit. Will never go back.

She does not explain things clearly and provides tests that are not useful . Attitude is abrupt and over medicates. Does not understand persons who have cognitive disability. Her communication is poor especially over phone and rude to family members or advocates when having permission by patient to be in conversation.
