Many years ago, I had to go to Dr. Polson and had a good experience. As a result, I referred others to her and kept her name for future reference. I recently had the need to see Dr. Polson again and was reminded on why I kept her name. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I especially appreciated the time she spent with me ensuring that she answered all of my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Polson's for over 20 years. She is kind, caring, and a good listener. She spends time with me and doesn't try to rush out of the room. She is proactive with my condition. If you are looking for a doctor, I would highly recommend her as your doctor.

My experience was not positive. I was billed $175 for one 15 minute office visit. I was prescribed two medications and given the wrong directions by the doctor on the second one when the first medication caused a reaction. Consequently, I cancelled the procedure and was still billed. I would not recommend this person. Because of the experience, I delayed contact with another Gastroenterologist for the procedure.

I am very disappointed with her last and final visit with my mother. She quite coldly and rudely told my mother she was in the final stages of her condition and she could not live by herself any longer, and that she had 3 to 6 months left. Then abruptly exited the room leaving my 85 year old mother to digest on her own, alone. I at least expected a phone call telling me I needed to attend this final appointment as this was going to be a difficult discussion for my mother. No compassion!

Dr. Polson has been my doctor for several years. I am completely satisfied with her. One of the few doctors today who will contact you even on weekends if there is an issue 100% professional.
