I have been a patient at Doctor Miller's office for many years. She has never once called me by the correct name, correctly identified my skin concerns, or provided me care in an appropriate amount of time. If you visit her office, you can expect to wait for at least 30 minutes before visiting an exam room, where you will likely need to wait another 30 minutes before seeing Dr. Miller. I stopped doing going into the office for appointments because Dr. Miller would barely look up at my skin during the five minutes she was present during the hour+ appointment. That being said, her telehealth services are also incredibly poor. You can expect at least 30 minutes of a delay, and more often than not she is on her lunch break while doing these calls. Furthermore, I could even hear Dr. Miller discussing other patient details to staff while on the phone with me! Completely inappropriate behavior for a medical office. It is clear that Dr. Miller has no regard for her patients.

Knowledgeable Physician
I have been going to Dr Miller for several years. She is an excellent dermatologist. Knowledgeable and competent with a great staff. She is a straight forward, no nonsense physician. Some may be too sensitive to a straight forward approach from some of the reviews I read. I prefer this type of manner from a physician. Dr Miller will always provide great, honest feedback on your condition.

As soon as she found out there was psoriasis and eczema in my family (not me), she assumed that's what it was and barely looked my scalp. Ended up not even being close to what it was after a professional dermatologist diagnosed it. She's cold ,and she's unprofessional.

This doctor is so full of herself that she can’t bear the fact that a lowly PA could possibly diagnose me correctly and insisted that I don’t have psoriasis despite all of the evidence given. I have it inside my ears the worst. She didn’t even look. She just lifted one section of my hair and checked my scalp for two seconds. She wasted my time and she’s cold and cocky. Lousy doctor.

Dr. Miller may appear to rush her examination, but she doesn't miss anything. She is just very good at what she does. She found a mole on my back the size of a pinhead. It was removed and found to be a malignant malanoma. So basically she may have saved my life, had it gone untreated. She is straight forward and caring. Her staff has always been professional and friendly. I have been seeing her for at least eight years and often recommend her.

Wait time is out of control! Last visit waited for over an hour, my most recent visit was 45minutes. Overall very quick to diagnose and treat however will not be returning due to lack of professionalism as well as care.

Dr. Miller is okay as a dermatologist. I had some laser hair removal done, and I was very disappointed. I spent a lot of money, and I don't think she did the most thorough job. She kept saying she couldn't see the remaining hairs and that not all the hair would be removed. Frankly, I think she was rushing and wasn't paying attention. Do not recommend her for laser hair removal.

Several of us were sitting around talking doctors in New London one evening and Dr Miller's name came up. Despite an outward demeanor that appears cold she truly is a nice woman. My visits have always left me satisfied and healed. Her staff are top notch.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Dr. Miller put me on a too low dose of accutane and less than a year later I have to go back on the medication (definitely not under her supervision). She and her staff are rude and unprofessional. I had to skip two months of the medication because the staff did not report my pregnancy information and I was unable to pick up the drug, delaying my treatment. Please do not make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money at this place. She should lose her license

I don't trust her with my health, as a patient who is high-risk for melanoma. I have to ask her to check areas such as my scalp. When I am in my appointments, she and the assistants ask me questions about my history and act like they have no idea about it. I've been going there for 3 years now. This does not make me feel like they care or are monitoring my skin health. When I showed up for a biopsy, they couldn't even figure out for awhile where the spot was that they needed remove. Long waits!

I was discharged from this office because Dr. Miller refused to renew my acne medication that had ran out of refills, unless I made an appointment to see her. I called my PCP instead & she wrote me a new RX without any problems. I always felt that this office was "money hungry", there was absolutely no need for me to spend $50 on a copay for her to look at my clear skin and say "Yup looks like it's working for you". I told them I got the RX filled saying "Thanks anyway" - got D/C letter in mail

I thought she was great! She was quick and efficient. She seemed friendly and to the point, which I like. She set me right tup with what I needed! It wasn't too in depth but my visit didn't really need to be. She gave me all my options and we even had a pleasant conversational exchange. The other staff were awesome and very pleasant. There was nothing about the visit that was unpleasant. She seemed to know her stuff and she got me on the path to getting better.
