Quick to blame symptoms on anxiety..
She misdiagnosed me with multiple different things. These include gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, of the ones I remember. I couldn’t eat/drink because of terrible stomach pain I would get when I would eat/drink. I was dropping pounds I didn’t have to lose. When we went to her for help she insisted that the pain was stress and anxiety, even though I explained to her it was not. The last appointment I went to I fainted in the office because I hadn’t eaten in four days and she asked my mother when the last time I saw my therapist was. That was over a year ago in August of 2021 and November of 2022 I was diagnosed with Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome by a vascular surgeon who works through Barnes-Jewish, and have surgery in February. I will never go back to her, or any Mercy facility again.

One of the worst Doctors
Doesn't listen does as she wishes. need prescription pain medication (not controlled substance) for my arthritis took me off that for my pain and gave me otc instead which doesn't work. When I told her during my first visit with her that I will not go off of it and nothing else was said. When I went to get it refilled, they said no. I said I need a new doctor which I am looking for. She doesn't listen. Only does what she wants and not the patient. i wouldn't take my dogs there.

Do not listen to the 5 star reviews!
Save your breath for someone who cares about their patient. While they (5star reviewers) may have caught her on a good day of the year, she is absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. If you don’t fit into her ‘niche’ of patients, you’re completely ignored. Forget if you have any kind of mental health issues!! She has no compassion and should retire. This is not the time or place for a doctor with the conscious of a mosquito. This is not okay. I am not a reviewer of people or businesses normally but I took the time to forward others. Do not go to this doctor.

1 Star is too many! Rude, uncaring, arrogant and the worst experience with an MD I have ever been through in my life. I cannot believe this woman is allowed to practice medicine. Absolutely zero compassion for my husband's needs based on our visit with her. I literally left astonished in which the manner our visit with her was conducted. I honestly will refuse any treatment from her for any reason and I would highly advise anyone else seeking treatment to do the same. Unfortunately, I had no prior interaction with her prior to scheduling this appointment for my husband. I would have requested a different Dr. or chose to go elsewhere. Pathetic! And her smirk on her face validates she enjoys treating people in the manner in which she does. I made a formal complaint against her with the facility and plan to file one with the Missouri State Medical Board as well. On a side note, I'm 55 years old, this is the first complaint I have ever made in my life on anyone or anything.

My son has been diagnosed with ADHD from his previous doctor, when I went to her to get him started back on his medication because he was struggling in school with all F’s, she told me his grades were bad because of my bad parenting. She also sent my son home with a skin infection and he had to go back a week later to see a diff doctor who immediately said he had a skin infection and gave him some antibiotics to clear it up. She is a horrible doctor!!

No bedside manors and the eye rolling as she is irritated by you the parent for explaining what's wrong with your child. Dr McCaul is nicknamed around work as Lucifer's sister because of how cold she is towards patients.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The visit was rushed and lasted only a couple of minutes. She didn’t even do an exam and was very rude. I would rather travel an hour and see a doctor that knew what they were doing. The other office workers were extremely nice and seemed to know more than the doctor and were more compassionate.

She had very poor bedside manor. Even though our papers said we were foster parents she asked in front of our daughter who we were to her... asked why she was in special ed. And proceeded to tell our daughter she “had some very crooked teeth goin’ on” when she looked at her mouth. She was so cold and clearly shouldn’t be working with people.

Dr. Debbi navigated us through a complicated pregnancy and c-section. Not long after, she diagnosed a very scary eye infection that every other doctor wrote off as pink eye. I rushed to her without an appointment just before closing when my daughter woke up from a nap with a 105.4 degree fever! She knew just what to do. Dr. Debbi is wise and full of hope and help and so much caring. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Wonderful Dr! She doesn't sugarcoat at all. Tells you how it is in a very professional and caring way. She doesn't run excessive tests and lab work but also doesn't hesitate to do so when it is necessary. If you want a Dr who does what you want instead of what you need - Dr McCaul is not for you! But if you want a Dr who gets done what needs to be done, Dr McCaul is the Dr for you!

No concern for her patients at all! Explained to her the PAIN I was in, and asked if she ever had my condition, didn't matter, she doesn't stick to facts or care what kind of PAIN you are in, or that what other PHd's have prescribed for same symptoms. Very cold, and uncaring.

Totally dismissive. She didn't run any tests for issues that any other doctor would have run tests for, including blood tests and x-rays (different issues). She wasn't interested in previous test results for existing issues or any of the current symptoms of those issues. She ended up leaving the office to ask a question and never came back. The nurse came in to show me out. I had no idea the appointment was over. She hadn't even given the nurse any info to tell me.

I had a severe nasal infection from allergies felt horrible. She barely looked at me and told me there was nothing wrong with me.She then ordered all kinds of blood work w/o explaining why. After several weeks of not being contacted I requested a copy of my labs, I was told they were fine.I saw that my Vitamin D level was critically low (16) and asked if this did not be need to be addressed? Yes I was told to just take otc D. I saw another dr for diagnosis & treatment of severe allergy infection.
